Our son has been attending Huntington for a few months, and the progress he’s made has been amazing! His reading, writing, and math skills have improved significantly, and we’ve noticed a big boost in his confidence. The staff and tutors are patient, supportive, and have created a positive atmosphere that he really enjoys. We have had an amazing experience at Hunting Learning Center for our daughter who has been struggling with reading. She started the end of July and she is already halfway through 2nd grade reading level. They went back and filled in all the missing gaps she had. They have put her with the right persons to fit her personality and needs. They also have a brag wall that’s she loves seeing her name on and how well she is doing from her tutor. She loves going and gives us no trouble.

After a summer of tutoring at Huntington, our two boys are more confident in the classroom. They are able to work independently, including homework time at night. As a reult, they are excelling and taking ownership of their learning. We cannot recommend Huntington enough!

Huntington has been a great option for SAT prep. Since the new online computer based testing started its a learning curve. My daughter who is considered a great student was not able to complete any of the SAT tests in the given time frame. With the new format online, time constraints, and test anxiety it has been difficult for her to complete. Huntington worked on her being able to answer more questions in the set time frame along with excellent tutoring. She just took her 3rd SAT and score went up 80 points. For two months of prep meeting 3x weekly for 2 hrs and homework too. I feel this was an incredible gain for her score. She loved the tutors and felt confident going into the test. She still needed more time but was able to finish more of the test in the given time frame. The tests are required for the colleges she is applying to in order to get academic scholarships. The price of the tutoring was an initial sticker shock but the amount in scholarship money will surpass it. This was well worth the initial cost because of the exceptional individual tutoring that was designed for her specific needs. The communication and management was very responsive. I felt informed and involved at all points of my daughter's progress. I would highly recommend using Huntington not only for SAT prep but any tutoring needs. The new online format has only been administered 3x so far in US. I feel Huntington has a grasp on what students need and where to take them. I'm a very happy parent and my daughter has also praised the program for helping her.

Our 7 year old has been attending Huntington Learning Center for about 6 months and has gone from a Kindergarten reading level to Second grade! She has gained tremendous confidence and can now read independently. She enjoys going every week and has created a bond with the staff members and director. She is always greeted with a smile and eager to share the progress that she makes at school with her tutor in session. She looks forward to the prizes she earns for progress and more importantly continues to become more confident with learning. This is a great place if you want to give your child the little extra help they need!
