We were members of Greenwich Gym but recently had to cancel our membership due to an upcoming move. Surprisingly, this was one of the rare times a gym didn’t try to nickel and dime us during the cancellation process. The manager, Carlo, was incredibly understanding and even asked if there was anything they could have done to retain our business. It was a very professional experience.

The staff at the gym are always friendly, the smoothies are excellent, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and inclusive to people of all backgrounds. The classes are fantastic and well worth attending, even if you can only make it once or twice a week.

I recently became a member of Hydrogen Fitness I can confidently say it's one of the best gyms I've ever been to. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, and the equipment is top-notch.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The group fitness classes are engaging and fun.

Overall, I'd highly recommend Hydrogen Fitness to anyone looking for a great gym experience. Five stars isn't enough, I'd give it ten stars if I could!

I recently tried out Hydrogen Fitness on their 3-day free trial, and I was blown away by the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, taking the time to give me a tour and answer all my questions.

The gym itself is top-notch, with a great variety of equipment—everything from cardio machines to free weights and functional training areas. Everything was clean, organized, and in excellent condition, which made it easy to focus on my workouts.

I also took advantage of one of their group classes during my trial, and it was fantastic! The instructor was energetic and engaging, and the class was challenging but fun.

Even as a visitor, I felt right at home thanks to the friendly atmosphere and supportive vibe. It’s clear that Hydrogen Fitness is passionate about helping people reach their fitness goals. After just three days, I’m seriously considering signing up for a membership. Highly recommend giving their trial a shot!

This is one of the best gyms I've ever been to! The highlight for me is the staff-they're super friendly and always put a smile on my face. Additionally, the facilities are wonderful, clean and new and never too crowded. The attention to detail is unmatched. I highly recommend this gym to everyone!

Highly rated gym and the facility is outstanding. The golf simulation has to be the coolest I ever got to try and practice on. Gym equipment is great for all skill levels. Amazing staff. Service is incredible here. Best gym ever. Would highly recommend to all fitness enthusiasts in America.

Awesome gym. Did the free three day pass while home for Thanksgiving and this gym is amazing - would 100% join if I lived here full-time. Amazing, clean facilities. Very well ewuipped. They could use a hex bar and a leg press that starts at a lower weight, and kettle bells at smaller increments, but other than that I felt it had everything I needed. Not too crowded even at peak hours. Clean, nice locker rooms with steam room and sauna. Free towels. And a smoothie/food bar to refuel after a workout with reasonably priced options!

I’m sold! I tried the 3-day trial and signed up. I appreciate that it has all the amenities I’d want plus a decent sized gym. The juice bar is a plus and the steam room is exactly what you need to wind down. If you’re a person who works out regularly, this is worth the investment!

Brandon and Yachira are the reasons I look forward to coming to the gym. Very warm, respectful and friendly staff it makes the environment feel very inviting. But very pricey gym for little amenities, it feels like you’re paying for the aesthetic and that’s it. 5 stars for the staff but 2 for the price and amenities
