The class was a little out of the way since I live in Corona but wow OMG!! We absolutely loved this class! The stretches were challenging and feminine. The instructor was doing every stretch with us so you can always reference her moves which I struggle in, in other yoga classes. I had an absolutely blast for a Friday workout I can’t wait to take more friends here!!

I did the freaky Friday class with Andrea. At first I was nervous because it said all levels but it was truly for all levels. Andrea created a routine that could altered to fit your abilities. I had so much fun and can’t wait for my next class.

Had my first pole session today along with my best friend. We had so much fun! We felt welcomed, comfortable and encouraged. We will most definitely be taking more classes. I 100% recommend this spot! Such a good environment to be in. And a special shout out to one of the owners, who was also our instructor for the day. Thank you Saniyyah, you were great!😊

So in LOVE with this studio! The studio is spacious and the poles are staggered so that you can see your self in the mirror. They have 9 poles and 4 hoops. The studio has nice floors so it’s comfortable to do floor work. There are 3 cushy mats to place under your pole if you feel you need it. There’s also yoga mats available to use to stretch.

There is plenty of parking in front of the studio which is a huge plus. The studio is large and kept clean/swept. And one of the best things is that their A/C works so well! It can get really hot while working out but once they turn on the A/C you feel the cool breeze immediately!

The instructors here at the studio are very talented and supportive. They teach you tricks for your level and have many beautiful variations to the all the moves. I am so glad they opened this studio because pole is the best/funnest way to get fit!! 10/10 recommend!
