Eddie is an awesome trainer who is dedicated to improving his clients' quality of life through fitness! He has helped me get back into consistent strength training which has kept my chronic hip and low back pain at bay for months. He personalizes routines to meet the needs of each person wherever they are and makes adjustments when needed for weaknesses or injuries. He also keeps things interesting by changing things up the programming regularly. I look forward to my sessions because I always leave feeling strong and accomplished after a great workout!

I have been going to Eddie for over 6 months and the work outs and his style is so addicting! I started out with no prior history with weight training I was definitely more of a cardio/ hiit workout kind of person I have done all the classes from orange theory to 9 rounds and spin classes but in just the time I have been going to Ignite fitness I have noticed way more of a change in my body than any other work outs I have done. I am more tone and just overall tighter everywhere, Overall so happy with our work out plan that he caters to each individual person!
