As a single, full-time working mom of four young kids, this place is a complete God-send! Julie and all of the teachers are so amazing, truly care about and love all of our kids. They are so kind, interactive and patient with my kiddos and everyone's! Also, logistically, being open from 7-6 is such a relief for those of us who have strenuous jobs. I couldn't recommend them enough - thank you, Imagine That, for all you do!!!

Have had the worst experience with this daycare to the extent that my child was hurt by the negligence of the classroom providers. My child walked around with a staple in his foot without anyone noticing. When my husband and I came to pick him up we discovered the staple and his foot covered in dried blood. Everyone there was completely clueless, including the director. I was offered absolutely no explanation, no incident report was filed, and the caretakers that were supposed to be in charge of watching him were not even interviewed. Every child in the class was put at risk by their negligence.

This is not an isolated incident. I had to speak with the child care providers in the infant room numerous times about making sure my child's diapers were changed. He would come home every week with severe diaper rash that would clear up over the weekend when he was at home, only to go through the same experience when he was in daycare for the next week.

In addition to my experiences, I personally witnessed a child that was unattended outside the fenced in area. He was walking down the street crying for his mother. When I informed the childcare, no one was aware that he was not in class. This is why yellow signs are posted on the entrance gates to make sure the fence doors remain closed, because apparently kids can walk out of their classrooms without anyone noticing!
