Trinity is fantastic at catering the practice to the individual, not only from person-to-person but from day-to-day. Depending on your body, it could be more restorative or more challenging, which I appreciate. She is also a great communicator when explaining the movements and how to think about arranging the body. As a desk worker that had never tried Pilates, these gentle reminders really helped my awareness.

Trinity is AMAZING. My body feels strong, open and aligned. It's like getting a workout and a good Rolfing session ( for 1/2 the price of bodywork!) Her style is unique, creative and so well informed. I feel challenged AND safe. Her humor and down to earth personality invite me to open and explore my body with out the expectation that I need to "perform". She truly is a teacher's teacher. Her love of Pilates, wealth of knowledge and tireless dedication to continued education shine through.
