I participated in the Tai Chi Easy practice leader training with Roger Jahnke several years ago and it was one of the best experiences of my life! I learned a wealth of information on self healing practices using tai chi and qigong practices that will last me a life-time. I became inspired to learn more about tai chi and qigong after reading Roger's books several times: 'The Healer Within' and 'The Healing Promise of Qi'. I highly recommend reading those books and participating in the classes offered by the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi! What I learned from IIQTC continues to have a powerful and profound experience on my life!
