One of, if not, THE BEST center we’ve attended! My baby cousin loves it here, and has bonded with not only his fellow classmates, but the teachers as well! And the curriculum has expanded not only his knowledge, but his creativity as well! Staff has been so warm and welcoming to him and Administration has been so helpful and patient with me through our entire transition process. He and I both love it here at INTELLECTUALS!!🥰😁

Wonderful childcare center! Owners go above and beyond for the community without proper acknowledgment they donate so much time and efforts for community service! The teachers are very knowledgeable and kind my children have learned so much since they started intellectuals preschool They also care about the families wellbeing outside of the center.They send home gift cards for families to have takeout Fridays I really appreciate that being that I am exhausted after a long week of work! Owners are very friendly and kind and I love the fact that my children have access to so much diversity and culture being in the center they have teachers that speak several different languages including sign language and my children engage with friends from all over the world….Thanks Intellectuals for everything your programs do for families!

I just recently switched my kids to Intellectuals Learning Center and I’ve been nothing less than impressed! My kids have been through a lot of daycares, baby sitters and this is the first and only time that my 4 year old said “mommy I like this daycare “. As a parent, this means so much to hear ! It’s hard to find someone that looks after your kids the way you want them to be looked after and I believe that we finally found somewhere that does that. All the staff I have met has been extremely nice , patiently answered my million questions and have had a great interaction with my children. My son constantly is talking Miss T and that just makes me so happy that he’s finding that comfort with someone outside of me. I’ve seen both facilities and I’m very much impressed with what’s offered to the children. It’s finally a relief to not stress out or worry about my children when I’m away. If you’re looking for a daycare that you can trust and your kids will love, Intellectuals Learning Center is where you need to be!

I can’t say enough great things about intellectual! I was very scared to start my baby at daycare but the owner was very nice and reassuring. My baby use to be scared and whine some when I left (her 1st time away from me) So My anxiety was very high when I would drop her off to the point I would cry when I left to Now I be literally having tears of Joy! My baby absolutely loves it there as do I! The teachers are all so great and treat her so nice. When we pull up she’s smiling and clapping her hands. She runs into class barely giving me hugs goodbye anymore lol and she’s learning so much and actually do activities! She’s not even 2 yet and trying to count to 20 and sings her abc’s. We’ve been here 6 months and Not 1 incident has happen! Overjoyed is an understatement im so glad I chose them I thank them everyday for treating my baby like their own family. Trust you won’t have any regrets with bringing your baby here.. they will be in Great hands!!

I want to preface this by stating that my intention is not to criticize any individual personally, as I fully understand that business is business. However, my understanding of business is that its to assist children but also to support parents. Unfortunately, based on my experience, this business operates in one of two ways: either it is focused on profit without the necessary empathy and grace required to serve families, or the individuals managing communication lack the professionalism and tact needed to engage with parents appropriately.
To begin, my children truly enjoyed attending this childcare facility, and they had a positive experience with most of the staff, despite a few concerns. However, communication was an ongoing issue. On multiple occasions, my son was subjected to bullying, yet there was never a formal investigation, nor was there any follow-up to reassure parents.
As a parent, especially one with children who are breastfed and come from a household with structure and rules, One of the rules in our home is limited screen time, and we are careful to ensure our children are not exposed to inappropriate or frightening content. However, older children at the facility were permitted to watch questionable material. When I raised my concerns, I was told that the matter would be addressed, but no response or follow-up was ever provided.
Then came the issue of payment, which escalated matters. At 10 PM on a Wednesday, I was informed that my children could not return unless a co-pay was paid—a co-pay I had no prior knowledge of. While I fully accept financial responsibility and job and family services has admitted and apologized for the issue on their behalf we communicated this and, the situation became untenable when I attempted to restart services. It became increasingly difficult to get in touch with anyone.
I was reassured by one of the owners that if I paid a part of the co-pay, my children would be able to return breifly but that payment arrangements would be able to be made. Prior to and After I made one of the payments, they blocked me. While I understand they operate 24 hours, giving me two hours to resolve such a significant financial issue is completely unreasonable and unprofessional.
Despite hearing from others that communication was problematic at this facility, I dismissed concerns The staff always gave the impression of being empathetic and considerate. However, it became increasingly clear that the owners did not share the same values.The exclusion,(blocking me) left me bewildered, especially since I had been consistently polite and professional in my interactions.
In conclusion, while I am grateful for the kindness of the staff, and them waiving the rest of our fees, dropping our children suddenly, and the overall operation of this business was extremely unprofessional. The facility operates as though they are simply collecting money without regard for the well-being of the families they serve. I am deeply disappointed.
As of 2024, I would caution against using this facility. While I hope for their improvement, my personal experience has been difficult, and I will no longer be recommending this business to others. My sincerest apologies to anyone who may have taken my recommendation in the past.
This is so stressful yall. If I didn't already know how some black people operate I would've lost my mind for sure. I do still send peace and blessings! I hope they can work this thing out ! So they continue to get the bag but that they have grace while they do it so that they don't end up on the other side of the grass.I hope this business can find a way to operate with more professionalism in the future.
Also, putting people's business out there as a "response" is crazy , given by the owner shows exactly what i meant regarding the level of unprofessionalism , I have receipts to match everything I've spoken to show that they are LIEING STILL even in the response. I took accountability for my actions and yet they've disregarded anything kind I've stated and sent shots to my family personally.
