Super easy to work and communicate with! They helped me with my green card application, which was approved. I'm so grateful for their support because the process went smoothly thank to their help. I felt that this institute had my back all the way through. For any immigrants out there, immigration applications are by nature very tedious and time-consuming, so be patient, put in the work, and hang in there. I wish you all the best. But I recommend this place.

A complete waste of time. I called early in the morning to get ahold of someone. They directed me to a number that was an automated machine. I wasted my entire day driving to the physical address and I was promptly told it was another building. I called once again and they told me to call 2 weeks from today just to set up an appointment. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

called to ask for information, the lady who answered was not only mean, but disrespectful and rude. If you are having a bad day, recuse yourself from answering phones, not every conversation should be "ufff, what do you want?"

I’ve been a client for nearly 20 years . They’ve been helpful , and very nice . They can get a little disorganized at times , but just like many other law offices which are busy . They helped me with filing my naturalization paperwork , and renewals .
