I recently completed the Applied Gen AI course at Interview Kickstart, and I couldn't be more impressed. The course was well-structured into modules, making complex concepts easier to digest. For someone without a strong programming background, I appreciated the beginner Python class they offer for non-programmers—it helped build a solid foundation.

The instructors are fantastic and always go the extra mile to ensure every question is answered. They are patient and don’t rush through the material, often allowing classes to run over to ensure everyone fully grasps the concepts. One of my favorite features is the 'Expert Connect,' where you can have 1-on-1 sessions with instructors to clear any doubts.

I recently completed the Applied Generative AI course offered by Interview Kickstart. This course was spread across 12 weeks with classes conveniently scheduled over weekends and late evenings on 2 weekdays. After covering some basics, the course took a deep dive into LLMs and building multi modal applications with LLM. The course ended with a capstone project that involved developing an enterprise solution using AI based techniques.

Overall I found the course very useful. The instructors were all working professionals deeply involved in development of AI related products. The classes were highly interactive and very engaging. The instructors often went above and beyond the course materials to show the workings of generative AI and how solutions can be built using them,

The highlight of the course was the project work where we were guided to build complex project for applying the lessons learnt in the class. IK provided all the needed infrastructure to build a complex solution that could hosted on public cloud in a scalable way. Students found this part of the class very rewarding.

On top of all that throughout the course as well as post-completion of the course IK has been in constant communication with the students helping with resume advice, placement opportunities as well as periodic floating webinars on various topics. On personal front, I found IK’s alumni support provided a sense of extended community for working professionals by providing them a platform for upskilling, networking and helping them with placement opportunities. Kudos to IK team.

As we move forward, I am expecting IK to further enhance Applied Generative AI course with more emphasis on building real world production ready AI solutions. Potential areas for further deep dive in the areas of Agentic AI are security, scaling, integration with existing data pipelines and other production readiness strategies.

I would highly recommend the IK Applied Generative AI course for any one interested in learning about building real word products based on AI.

The impact this program has had on my life is tremendous. It has not only expanded my technical skills but also given me the confidence to pursue a career in AI. I’m now nearing the completion of my capstone project and will soon start searching for roles as an AI Engineer, with hopes of staying within my current company. The ML Switch-Up program has been particularly transformative, equipping me with cutting-edge skills in machine learning that will be crucial in my future career development.
