Definitely one of the best gyms in the area, lots of different options available such as nutrition, boxing, group classes. 1 on 1 training, kids fitness , and semi-private training. Always professional would recommend 10/10.

Very great place to workout in Yuba. The owner Ignacio is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and has tons of experience. I’ve been wanting to lose weight but felt terrified about actually waking into the gym. They make you feel really comfortable. Nice layout too

Ignacio at IQ fit one of the best trainers I ever had. I have had a lot of trainers before but on one that will push you as hard as him.
