My daughter had zero confidence in her maths ability until she began tuition with Jamie. He increased her confidence within the first few weeks and she was able to tackle her tasks without frustration and with renewed confidence in her abilities. Jamie is a really excellent maths tutor. He worked with my Year 6 boy who had very low confidence in his maths abilities, and had become really nervous about tackling sums. Jamie worked with him slowly and surely to rebuild his confidence and help him to enjoy maths. As a result, by the end of Year 6 he did well in his SATS, had a completely different attitude and much more confidence. He actually enjoyed the lessons as they were so much fun with Jamie. We can't recommend him highly enough.

Jamie helped me prepare for the numeracy element of my QTS professional skills test. I hadn’t studied maths since doing my GCSEs almost 20 years ago, so the numeracy test was a big source of anxiety. Jamie immediately put me at ease, and with a few quick tips had me scoring 80% on practice tests where previously I was struggling to do better than 50%. Jamie is a natural teacher, and helps you work out the right way of solving the problems yourself so that it sticks. Passed first time after just a couple of intensive sessions. 100% recommend

Jamie is a great Tutor who helped me through my IGCSE math course as well as bits and bobs in other subjects attaining me a final grade of 92% A* in my real GCSE he is a great guy and its been a pleasure working with him for 5 years he's a tutor and a friend and i look forward to acing my A-level maths with him 🙂
