Stood there like an idiot waiting to be checked out only to have the cashier 2 registers away completely ignore me to continue with her task of unpacking boxes. I waited for a bit then put the item back and left. Before I could exit another customer entered and the registrar welcomed them. My presence is obvious and I know she saw me.

I will order from a different business online, go to hobby lobby, or just cannibalize my other jewelry to make my earrings wearable again. I won't be coming to this store for some time.

This place is full of EVERYTHING! I cannot find the best thing about it because everything is amazing. Right now the Fall and Halloween stuff is featured. The best thing is that almost everything is at a discounted price.

This store is in absolute disarray. Best of luck getting down any aisles. After driving 40 minutes to get here, I found that they LOCK their restrooms! Just lock your doors. I should never have to “speak to an associate” to pee.

They’re incredibly under stocked on anything you might actually want, yet somehow have boxes and boxes of things blocking aisles.

The cashier flatly refused to scan all of my coupons. The JoAnn in Roseville will actually remind me that there are more coupons to scan. If you’re able to go to literally any other JoAnn, don’t waste your time with this one.

The old Jones was awesome in enough, but since they've moved over to the new place, they get nothing but rave reviews. Moreover, this morning when I walk through the door I was greeted by the most wonderful person who greeted me with smiles and was so helpful. She took a moment to ask me how I was doing and if I need any help. So, how could your day start out better at Joann's?
All I need to do was one simple thing . . .come and get two new tassels for a table runner. I lost the tassel off of a nice table runner that we have at home that we all loved and hated to see get ruined simply because we lost the tassel on 1 end. So, off on an errand to Joanne's, we found the table runner tassels simply by the young lady pointing out where the row was with numerous choices for the tassels--at reasonable prices. A short while later I needed to visit the ladies rose and the young lady again guided me to the proper section of the store. The bathroom was clean neat and well ordered. I was very surprised because so many places like this turn out to be more like stock rooms than restrooms
Finally I took a few minutes to look through the silk flowers and pick out a few for vase that I have that was sitting idly empty. I, of course, made sure that I purchased the silk flowers that were on sale. I think the woman as a read through the check out for her help. I most definitely will be going back to this Joanne's again.

Great place for sewing items, arts and crafts, house decor, and holiday decor. Easy to shop and find items. They help shoppers checking out and use their store coupons at the register, not like other similar places that do not share coupons. I have experienced at other stores where they make you bring in your coupon or look it up on their website.

They had exactly what I wanted. Good prices. I was offered a free item after my purchase. That was neat. The only thing I would complain about is that sometimes when I'm doing a curbside pickup order and I hit the "I'm here" button in the app it doesn't alert them. On one curbside pickup order I had waited 15 minutes and then went inside and asked for my order and he said it didn't get through to him. Now I just go in and pick it up. It would be nicer if I didn't have to wait in line to pick up my order because I have a fractured back. There needs to be an order pick up area and an alert button to tell people you're there to pickup an order. Otherwise my experience was great. Always nice staff.
