Joyland is a joyful and love-filled environment that our daughter absolutely thrived in during her year and a half at the Santa Clara campus. The teachers are truly amazing - they take care of our daughter with patience and love, and we're always happy to see her come home with a clean uniform and a smile on her face. It's clear that they pay attention to each child's growth, changes, and interests, as they would often share fun stories with us when we pick her up.

We really appreciate Joy's educational philosophy and the discovery-based learning approach that she encourages. Our daughter was guided to follow her interests in areas like music, reading and interpersonal connections, which greatly helped her develop her independence. We were also impressed with the creative classes offered, such as crafting, music training, language development, and Chinese poetry. Our daughter enjoyed every lesson and came home with lots of new knowledge.

My daughter has been to Joyland since 15 mo and I'm glad we chose Joyland. The staff here are caring and genuinely interested in the kids' well-being, which makes a huge difference. My daughter is happy here and don't even want to go home after school. Joyland offers a wide variety of activities: music sessions where teachers play the ukulele, fun art projects, trips to nearby Ponderosa Park. Kids never get bored here! There are also special events throughout the year like Easter egg hunts and holiday-themed photo booths. If you're looking for a reliable and nurturing place for your kid, Joyland is highly recommended!

Wonderful place! Our daughter was first in here 7 months and now she’s 3 years and “graduating” from Joyland! I feel so lucky that Joyland is her first “school” where teachers are loving and caring, and she’s grown into a happy kid.

She took her first steps here, and would come home singing a different children’s song every few days. Most mornings she went to daycare jumping happily; some other days she’d be so sad to leave mama and crying, but the teachers would always have a way to “lure” her in.

Will recommend Joyland if you’re looking for a daycare with play based learning and for your kid to be happy.

My daughter has been at Joyland for over 2 years (between 2-4 years old) and I feel so blessed that she can spend the first few years at Joyland. A few things stands out: (1) love and care. Teachers really takes great care of kids and you can tell it from kids reactions. My daughter loves the teachers and she missed teachers when we were on vacation and spontaneously made little gifts for teachers. The love and caring relationship is very helpful to form a secure attachment (2) flexibity. Joyland offers flexible care options on weekends / late into evenings which comes handy for two busy working parents!

We had our son at Joyland for 2 years - they are wonderful. You can tell they really love caring for the kids, and took great care of them. He always seemed to have tons of fun at school, and came home with lots of stories and songs. Highly recommend!
