It is very beautiful! The new changes to the traffic pattern & parking help alot with flow. For weekends must reserve pavilions in advance. But, if you can get away - a week day morning will give you the quietest time to visit! The beach is shallow, fairly long & gently sloped toward the water. The new fishing pier is nice & sturdy. A boat launch is available, but we have never used it. Very beautiful spot as the sun sets!!!

Kayak Point Beach is a great place for a picnic dinner on a hot summer day. It is a very well maintained, clean, family friendly park that features a public fishing pier. It has lots of picnic tables, fire bowls, and grills. There is a playground and there are public restrooms. There are are even faucets to wash off after getting in the water or playing on the beach.

It costs ten dollars for a one time pass. It's 75 dollars for an annual Snohomish County Parks pass. It's well worth the price for our friend who lives nearby and comes to the beach often with her kids.

It is a beautiful place to spend the evening and watch the sunset. I highly recommend it if you are in the area.

Kayak Point backseat one of our favorite camping destinations last year as it is so close to home and beautiful! We enjoyed the 2 handicap sites which are privately off to themselves and next to bathrooms. The campgrounds are all beautiful and you can even rent out yurts. We would take our RV down to the cabanas on the beach for a glorious afternoon of sunshine, seagulls, kayakers, beach combing, floating on the water and gorgeous sunsets. The walk down on the road too hard as it is a long steep hill but a nice nature trail takes you down also if you like. I scurried down last year for some incredibly spectacular sunsets I could see appearing through the woods up above where we camp. 2023 the marina with docks for boating and crabbing will be in remodel mode so not sure when it will be open for day trippers. Definitely returning since so close to home yet giving us that relaxing feel that we are so far away!

If you want beach experience with fishing, crabbing, boat launching, no place will beat this place, long clean beaches, 10+ shelters with ample fire pits and open place for everyone. Kids younger than 12 will have additional fun..
Note, northwest pass, discover pass is not valid here, you will need to pay $10 to enjoy the park offerings

Low tide is always an awesome time to see cool creatures, but right now the baby crabs are running wild and adorably across the beach so it was even better!

Nice park for putting the boat in the water or a family picnic. You can book the picnic tables too. Drop crab pots off the pier or fish from it

It was terrific other than the other dogs off leash. I don't appreciate a 100lb pit bull of some sort charging me and dog. Hit me right in the knee that already is due for replacement. Owner: oh hey, sorry, sorta got away. NO, I actually watched you just open the back door and let the dog go. The only reason you have a leash in your hand is you saw things going very bad. Just don't say another word and we'll be just fine.

The park is quite large, there are plenty of parking spaces, a playground, picnic tables, access to the water and a long fishing pier. We have been here several times and autumn is the best time to visit the park.
