I completed my BLS renewal with Darren. He’s an absolute rockstar. I’m an RN, MSN and have completed several renewals over the years. He is the best trainer I have ever seen. I would complete my renewal with him every single time for the rest of my career if I could. He was polite and provided very clear and easy to follow directions. It could not have been a better experience.

Great experience once again with the Kern CPR and their Hybrid PHTLS Class. Had people in my class from as far as Las Vegas that came to where the action is. Darren Amos was as always a great instructor and had all our paperwork ready with a clean and prepped teaching environment. I'll be back!!

This place is a joke. I spoke to the owner on the phone last week about a course and her condescending attitude on the phone told me not to go here but I need to complete this course. She told me the course was on specific days which worked with my schedule. When I signed up on the website there was no date or time but it took my payment information. When I circled back to the website it said it was on Monday at different location. So emailed the owner and she never replied. So I assumed that it was the original dates that she told me which was a Wednesday Thursday. So when I showed up on Wednesday she gave me so much attitude and told me that it was yesterday on Tuesday and they had to change the course date and that she emailed everyone. I never got an email. I tried to explain what happened on my end and she kept interrupting me and cutting me off. She told me that on the website I selected “call to schedule.” How idiotic is that. And I did try to contact her and got nothing. Absolutely horrible customer service and poor website. I would stay away from the place. If this is how the place is run I’m sure the quality of the courses are just as bad.

Our instructor was very efficient and comprehensible. They are st a great central location with modern equipment that gives feedback for quality of compressions and breaths.
