I ABSOLUTELY love Kids Incorporated. The staff including Cyann, Olivia, Bernadette and Elizabeth are really amazing. The comfort and attention they give my baby makes leaving him there so much easier. I wouldn’t recommend any other daycare ❤️ to know my son will choose them out of a room full of people assures me he is comfortable and well taken care of with them!

I would like to share my experience here at this daycare …. I can honestly say I absolutely love them, they have helped me over the past 6 years and more with all 3 of my kids , my oldest started going in 1st grade and she is off to high school already my second child started in kindergarten now she in 5th and my baby started going when she was 3 months and now headed to kinder soon ? They prepped and taught all my kids what they needed to know for school! I love all the teachers and support they have helped me with and the special
Activities they have for the kids and especially the fun field trips they go on during the summer! I highly recommend and I’m so happy my kids got the best care here !

I love this daycare ! It was my sons first time in a daycare and I was nervous for him and scared he was going to have a hard time. My sons teachers made him feel so comfortable and welcome that my worries went away.I can tell that he loves the place just by how excited he is when we walk in the front door. I Can see that he has learned so muchh just in the few months he’s been enrolled.Staff has always been helpful in notifying and updating me on him and I couldn’t imagine having him in another daycare.

Moved to this location from the Scottsdale location recently. My daughter has only been attending for 2 weeks but we already love the teachers and the structure she is receiving. Erin and Savannah are so nice and Ms. Leti in the ones room is the sweetest. unfortunately due to my current financial situation, we won’t be able to stick around. absolutely not their fault and I do feel their pricing is fair,, but being a newly single mom, I had to find somewhere more affordable for myself. We truly wish we could stick around at Kids Inc, and can’t say we won’t return in the future!

I am incredibly happy I found this place and switched my daughter over. I was hesitant with some of the reviews but decided with my heart and how she was when we went to go view it to move forward and put her here. This is only her first week but let me tell you I CAN SEE a huge change in her, she seems soooo much happier, she knows where we are going in the morning, she is 2 and says " Play oo ha a ooo ha" which is her saying monkey because when you walk in they have a tree with a monkey in it. When I pick her up she doesn't run to me crying but she is soo excited and wants to point to things she did. I would give this place a chance!!! Thank you for making this mama heart happy knowing she is safe and cared for!

My son has been going here for 3 years now and Ive never had any complaints. Wonderful staff and he has also learned so much! Great daycare and learning center! I love that they have an app that gives you daily notifications about your child and you can message on there if needed as well as recieve pictures of your child during learning activities.

I would recommend this Phoenix Kids Incorporated to families to allow us the privilege of teaching, playing, and caring for your children. My youngest son, who is now in Kindergarten, and I started here shortly after his 2nd Birthday. I have worked here since in my class room. My son has been so well taken care of, and learned so much along the way. He has been excited every morning to come to school. Now, he comes after Kindergarten and is able to "hang" with his friends. I feel grateful to teach and be a part of all the little children's lives and love watching them grow. Through these last 3 years, as there is always changes everywhere, I have been happier since our Director, Erin, has been here. I only hope you join our school and your children will be comfortable and excited to come to class like my son has been. Thank you for reading and look forward to meeting your family!

Beware of this daycare. Neglected medical emergency! Ignored choking and tried covering it up!!!
My son attended this daycare for 6 months it was closer to my new job, closer to our home, so we really tried to make it work. The tour was wonderful, great lesson plans, meals, and clean. However, our first week there a teacher allowed my son not to eat or drink for 8 hrs and didn’t notify me. The director didn’t seem to care when I was obviously concerned. They move your kids to the next class up without telling you. I looked for 10 minutes at pick up for my sons belongings one day and after searching the school finally located an employee who said this isn’t your kids class he was moved to xyz class. No one told me anything because he was still dropped off at his previous class everyday with no word of any type.
The icing on the cake for my family: my son choked on a pancake requiring back blows on a Friday morning. The teacher saved my sons life and reported it immediately to the director. Erin, the director, opted not to call EMS and did not notify me of the incident. The following Monday at drop off the teacher was concerned about how my son did over the weekend. She realized I had no clue about the situation and told me what happened. I immediately made a safety plan with her and his other teacher while I was preparing to move states and only had 2 weeks left at this school, I was going to try to make it work. I spoke to the director Erin, asked why I wasn’t notified. She told me the pancake would have disintegrated and he was fine so she opted not to notify me. My kid is 2. Choking kills 1 in 5 kids per day in the USA. This was a medical emergency and she ignored it. I explained that to her very clearly. She apologized and asked what she could do so I told her to educate her staff on first aid/cpr and she admitted it was not her staff but it was her who made the decision and still insisted he was fine!! She didn’t understand how potentially fatal her mistake was and she did not care. She was not accepting that she was WRONG! And put my son in danger so I reported the incident to the state.
Because we had the safety plan with the teachers I continued bringing my son. State came on a Monday and because of Erin’s lies and inconsistencies of her story and the vague incident report, well multiple incident reports on the situation (which I only got 1 and only signed 1) they will likely be investigated further THANK GOD!!
Erin then retaliated against my family and revoked daycare services from my family at 6pm the same day the state visited. Which only sends the message that they are not willing to own their mistake or get any better. She admitted it was because of my report to the state, she tried to say it was because “I wasn’t happy with their services” I made it clear I was only not happy with her choosing not to notify me or call EMS during a medical emergency and her lack of concern when we talked about it. I was concerned about her ignorance of first aid/cpr that lead to them neglecting my child. She should NOT be managing anything and she should not be working with children. My son is back in his old daycare, he no longer cries at drop off, he would cry and beg to go home in the parking lot some days!! He is a much happier kid! and now a lot of questions and concerns I had about kids incorporated are coming full circle. I should have trusted my gut and removed him the day they didn’t feed him and never looked back, but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt.
NEVER again!! I will always advocate for children and their safety!! and I will share my experiences on EVERY platform every opportunity I get until this place makes a change!
