Kids First is by far the best day care in Strongsville! The facility is newly updated and always clean, the teachers are all so kind and caring for each of the kids and the director, Ashlee, is the best! I have 2 kids that have been/are going there. My son started at a year and went through PreK, then went back each summer for their summer camp program. My daughter started at 3 months old and will continue till school age. My kids absolutely love it there! My son still always asks to stop in and see his teachers and visit. The center is so accommodating to what you need, they have family fun events and they do in-house events for the older kids (fun activities with the younger kids too). We absolutely love it there and I am so happy to find a second home for my kiddos while we work! I highly recommend them to everyone looking!

This is an amazing facility and the entire staff is very enthusiastic about their responsibilities. The centre itself is big and well designed which gives great feelings to the parents and child both. My son started going there and we stayed there because the care he was getting was impeccable. He was always welcome and has shown great signs of improvement. I will remain grateful to the facility and teachers forever.
The only downside which I felt was the administration is not up to the mark, they sometimes miss communication and 1 year is a little long to get the app services enabled, which is not used properly. Not every parent is the Facebook go-to person and they would want to see once in weekly photos for more excitement.
I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking to send their child to daycare/pre-school. Thank you, Ms Tiffany, Ms Val, Ms Lainy, Ms Sam, Ms Mona and the entire Kids First staff for your amazing services.

I live at the Senior apartments directly across from the daycare! I enjoy watching these children everyday along with their Teachers! Well today, I received a stack of holiday colorings from my "little neighbors ". The delight was overwhelming, still crying over the gracious gift.. I could have ever received. They all know me, as the highlight of my day is watching them play and hearing their joy and screams too! 😂 And all the waves I get! This school is a blessing as I see how delighted the kids are to be there...they run in from the cars! So thank you for making my day! Much love to all🥰

The entire staff is absolutely amazing! They are very friendly , knowledgeable, and caring. They made my son feel very welcomed on his first day, and that speaks volumes. My son can be very shy and nervous, and on his first day he felt so welcomed , he had almost no hesitation going into his classroom. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for exceptional daycare!!

Our son has been at Kids First for over two years and thus far we are very impressed with his progress and development. Staff is very friendly and communication has always been great. They will give both positive and negative feedback and with the ladder will work with you to reinforce and correct any issues your child may be having. Our son loves going to daycare and talking about his teachers and friends. Thank you for all that you do!

My kids went to this place for 3 years now and I have been very happy with this place. The teachers are genuinely concerned and do care for the kids around.

The teachers have also inculcated a love of learning in my kids. My daughter got prepped up for Kindergarten here by her teacher and she still loves her teachers from Pre-k. It has been a wonderful experience with Kids First. Lots of space to play and run around, even the muscle room is big and spacious and have lots of light coming - and kids feel the outside too.

I would recommend this place definitely to anyone. Teachers and director are nice people.

Both my children go to the Parma Heights location and we love it! The Teacher’s are awesome and are always going above and beyond to make my children safe, comfortable and happy. My toddler has learned so much already for being a 3 year old and my infant is thriving in milestones as well. They really help maneuver around any obstacles we may have with our crazy schedules and/or around any difficulties our children present. I would highly recommend Kidsfirst Learning Centers for your childcare needs.

I have been taking my daughter to Kid's First since she was 2 1/2. She is now almost 7 and still goes when there is a snow day or has days off from school. She had a peanut allergy and accommodated her needs and made her classroom peanut free. I felt comfortable taking her there and this was a real stress reliever. She was well prepared to go to Kindergarten and we both love the teachers. They are like family. Great place to take your child.
