KidStrong is an amazing program and I'm so happy we found it! I could go on and on about how much we love our weekly class. Not only is it a super fun activity for us to do together, it gives my son the opportunity to meet other children and to learn much needed life skills! In just a couple of short months, I have already seen tremendous improvement in my son's confidence and speech. The classes are so fun and well orchestrated and the coaches are so amazing at what they do! Every single class is filled with so much positive energy.

Great Facility and even better staff! The Coaches are phenomenal and go out of there way to connect with the kids on there level. Every coach creates a personal relationship with the students and helps them grow at an individual and team level. Would highly recommend. My only issue is I didn’t get my kids started sooner!

My daughter has only been attending KidStrong Auburn for a month, but looks forward to it every week! The instructors are so AMAZING and patient with the kids. Not only are they encouraging but they also challenge them to do the hard things. Thank you for providing such a wonderful service to our kids to help them grow into amazing people.

Staff are extremely kind and encouraging to my son. I feel like they make an effort to give individual attention to every single student every class. Communication is very fast and easy and they are very accommodating of schedule changes which really makes me feel like I’m getting my moneys worth even during the summer when we’re not in a good routine. I love that social and emotional intelligence is as much a part of the programming as the physical aspects. I also like that competition is a part of every class and my son has learned that he doesn’t win every time but can still have fun.

I highly recommend KidStrong Auburn because, even on my child’s first visit, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and the environment was energetic and encouraging. I can best describe KidStrong as a fun filled class where education meets athletics!
We've had 3 children participate in KidStrong classes and love the development we see in them as a result. It has helped our toddlers with communication and with understanding to follow instructions. They have learned to speak with confidence in front of people with the affirmation and awards at the end of class and they have also learned the importance of giving all of your effort to complete a task. KidStrong is a great place for children to learn in a motivational environment with friendly coaches!
