We stumbled upon KidStrong when my niece’s gymnastics class was canceled and we needed something to do on a rainy day. We’ve been hooked ever since! The environment is so supportive and growth-minded for kids, even through silly games they’re learning how to try new things, play cooperatively, and even “lose” graciously while cheering on their friends who won.

My niece LOVES the coaches, always smiling and laughing when she sees any of them, and the time and energy they spend in getting to know each kid individually is amazing! My sister has even convinced a couple of her friends to bring their kids, and now they all get to play together in class.

I wish I could join a KidStrong class!!

KidStrong has given our 3 year old amazing confidence! We’ve only been attending for a couple of months, but even after our first trial class, we knew immediately we had to sign up because she was so independent and confident at the end! She doesn’t always follow the directions or participate in the activities, but the coaches are patient and encouraging with her. We can’t wait for her little sister to join when she’s old enough!

Kidstrong started out as a let’s try it class and now it’s a we must go class! My son was timid and always reluctant to trying new things. Kidstrong doesn’t only keeps my son in shape. They also build confidence. That’s something you can’t put a price on.

We love kidstrong. It has been a wonderful experience for both our kids! Our 7 year old has been attending classes for just under 2 years and we just signed our 2 1/2 year old up 6 months ago. They both can't wait each week for their class. Coach Ethan is both of their coaches and he is wonderful. He is so patient with the kids. My son barely spoke to anyone when he started. Coach Ethan got down on the floor next to him and helped him feel comfortable. Now he talks to everyone and is always right in the middle of things! I have to say it is an amazing program.

I have been getting ads for KidStrong for months and I was curious since my son turned 2. Since having a boy that is just a ball of energy, I have being trying to find activities to burn that energy and also start to introduce some structure during the playtime.
KidStrong is the perfect choice for this. We loved or trial class and sign up right away for the membership.
My son loves the classes and the coaches. The gym has great equipment and is kept clean. We had 3 classes already and can’t wait until next week. If you have a little one and are looking for a great physical activity and great structured playtime you won’t regret going with KidStrong.

We have been going to Kidstong for 2 years now. The coaches at Kidstrong have been wonderful in motivating, inspiring and supporting my son. We go 2 days a week and love it. The place is always alive with smiles, laughter and cheering. Clean and organized. We had his birthday here one year and some of the guests even joined Kidstrong because they were so impressed with the crew at Danbury Kidstrong.

The coaches were absolutely amazing and so was the program. Between the coaches patience and acceptance, the sign language, small class sizes, the positive affirmation, and individual attention, the program was so inclusive and great for my son! He said he had “more than a blast” 🙂 I loved that it was also clean and had adequate seating area for parents. LOVE!! Highly recommend!
