The staff has been incredibly friendly and accommodating and the space is super clean and bright. Awesome that both of my kids are able to participate in classes for their age groups at the same time. The energy level is high and programming is clever and fun. My kids left feeling so proud of themselves, they had the best time and are so excited to come back.

KidStrong in Norwalk is precisely what our daughter needed! The entire crew there are fantastic coaches, and I love what they do. All the parents are always happy to see their children on the mats, learning and having fun. No matter how busy the coaches are, they always on top of paying attention to each and every kid, they always help them and motivate them to overcome the course. And also they are so supportive with the parents as well , not only do they motivate the kids but also us (all the parents)! It's an all-around great experience and also all-around great development of crucial skills for the kids!! Our daughter love it , even after the class we have to run after her to get her to leave!!! Lol !! I strongly recommend them!

Our experience at KidStrong Norwalk has been nothing short of amazing! Since enrolling our son, we’ve seen such a positive transformation in him—his confidence and strength have grown in ways we couldn’t have imagined. He genuinely looks forward to each session and has an absolute blast every time.

The coaches at KidStrong Norwalk are truly fantastic! Especially Julia and David 🙂 They create a fun and engaging environment while making sure the kids are learning important skills in a positive and supportive way. It’s clear they care about each child's progress and well-being, and that makes all the difference.

We’ve really come to look forward to our weekly class and are so glad we decided to get started here. It’s been a wonderful experience, and we can’t wait to see how our son continues to grow and thrive! Both our boys have been attending Kidstrong for over a year now. They love the circuit and the coaches and the fun affirmations. Coach Ralph is one of our favorites - so kind, so observant and welcoming! I see the boys become increasingly confident and can very well see the kidstrong routine establishing a solid foundation as they grow up to consider and include fitness and activity as a part of their lifestyle.

The facility is great, the coaches (special mention of Coach TJ, Andrew + Jordan) are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond to help the kids as a group but also individually; it's so apparent that they love to see the kids succeed.

The structure of the class is fun and challenging and the reward system that they use is awesome. This is my daughter's favorite after school activity and she's thrilled to go every time. Thank you kid strong Norwalk!

We absolutely love KidStrong! My son has been attending since he was 1 yo (he’s 4 now) and it has been tremendous experience. I am amazed by coaches, how are they always so tuned in and cheery. I consider this exercise class one of the best investments into my son development!!!

Kidstrong Norwalk is amazing! The coaches are phenomenal. They are all so involved and really go the extra mile with the kids. My daughter started at 2.5 years old and was very clingy and shy. A few classes in she started branching out more and more, eventually she told me she didn’t need my hand anymore! This has not only helped her shyness in this class, but outside as well. I give big credit to these coaches and what kidstrong does for kids confidence.

My older child is 4 and there hasn’t been a day he didn’t want to attend! In fact we’re trying out a camp this summer as well. He’s very much looking forward to that. With him, he is all the sudden doing the monkey bars solo and learning so much about teamwork. Not only does he get his energy out and learn how to have a fun workout here but he’s also learning how to order food at a restaurant, a bit of mathematics/colors, and how to have conversations with eye contact.

I love how they remember events in our lives that we’ve shared and miss us when we’re not in our usual class. This place is the best!

KidStrong has an excellent program that creates an environment of confidence, independence and respect. The coaches keep kids engaged and accountable! It’s been an excellent experience for our 5 year old. Highly recommend!
