I initially rated KinderCare five stars, but since the change in directors, it's been on a downward spiral. I was threatened by a mother in front of several staff members and the children, and their lack of action was concerning. Allowing such behavior from a parent in front of the kids was astonishing. Today, that same parent's child punched my son, yet the center continues to allow them to attend. Considering all of this, I may be pulling my kids from this center, which is disappointing because there are some great teachers there.

I love kindercare my daughter has been here almost a year now. I feel she is safe and she learns so much day to day. Its an amazing place and I wouldnt want her anywhere else. She is in the toddler class and her caregivers are amazing. I recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable childcare.

Love kindercare! My kids have been attending for over 3 years. I feel safe leaving kids my here. I have an 8 month old and the infant teachers are all wonderful. Ms. Ann really love the kids as if they were her own. I have a son in the preschool class and he enjoys going daily and love his teachers. The TK teachers are the best! Everytime I go in there Ms. Lin is sitting with students working with them. My son will be in kindergarten in Sept and he has learned so much from addition to writing his name etc. The office staff are friendly and go out of their way to speak when you walk through the door and they know all the parents names which I think is cool! Lol

Love this place the staff is so friendly they are Breastfeeding friendly (no coverup needed love that) why would you want a cover over your babies head while he/she tries to eat Its a natural thing! I feel that my son is very safe here. There have been days my son asks to go to kinder care and he is very close to me and usually doesn't want to leave my side, him asking to go to kinder care makes me feel very good about my decision of enrolling him here. He has learned quite a few things and loves to sing all the little songs he learns, he has also gotten so much better at eating his food (he didn't like to eat before kinder care) now he eats almost everything off his plate at home and asks for food. Just a little side note there are other children and they all play together so if one is getting sick others may get sick too. They do make all the kids wash hands and keep things clean its just what happens. I see it as my son building his immunity and as he gets older he will get sick less often.

Dirty my son at age 1 has caught pink eye twice, hand foot and mouth disease, and Roseola. My son was in so much pain. Oh can not leave out the fact that I caught my 1 year old touching a woman's breast as she was Brest feeding her almost 2 year old. I asked why is my son able to touch another woman's breast while she is breast feeding corporates answer "it is natural"!!! Did not know it was natural to let children touch other woman's breast especially exposed ones with her bodily fluids coming out. Gross Same woman was in the hall in a previous incident while not breast feeding she was fully exposed where my 13, 10 year old, and other children saw her boob. Parents had to cover their children's eyes!!! Corporate once again said its natural. Gross
