I'm not leaving a 1 star rating because I took the course originally on VHS and it was great. I bought the course again and about 10 years ago thinking I wanted to get back into flying. I never used them then but I saved the CD's for later. Now that I want to use them I find out I can't because Its online now and my activation codes for the CD's I paid for no longer work even though they are still in the original packaging. Customer service was useless. Just says technology changes. My CD should be unchanged I just want to watch the course I paid for, I don't care about the tests.

I was told you was not change anything other than you were going to keep the DVDs you decided not to go that far so you get f for failure you could have done it both ways the DVDs in online but you chose one way and I will not so if your business doesn't succeed good luck with everything cuz it's back to books

I took the private pilot course and the material is outstanding. The way it is taught makes the principles and formulas so easy to remember. My level of confidence going through this ground school prior starting flight lessons I am sure is going to make flight school so much more productive. Highly recommend for any aspiring pilot.

King Schools unfortunately was the worst mistake I made in my flight training. My flight instructor highly recommend it, but that came with a $400 price tag for a product that is out of date by 20 years. The lessons are not interactive, and the user interface is horrible. I ended up paying $150 less for Sportys flight school and was very satisfied. To top it all off King Schools wouldn’t refund my money and neither would my flight instructor.

As of a school itself it's a top-notch choice for all the time. Though it's important to maintain a software solution on the same level too. It's handy and works just fine, but please pay more attention for a UX/UI modern patterns for websites. I felt like I came back to school time again back 15 years ago.
