We have been using Kumon to accelerate our 3-year-old's reading. Before starting with the program, our son was primarily learning from us, his parents. However, since working with Mrs. Anusha's team he has refocused on learning and has shown remarkable improvement.

The Kumon approach to teaching is both engaging and effective. He sessions are short burst of learning which keeps it enjoyable for him. Their patience and understanding have helped him overcome any challenges he has faced.

We highly recommend Kumon- Columbus to anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable educator. Mrs. Anusha has made a positive impact on our son's learning journey, and we are grateful for all that she has done.

Kumon, has given my child a sense of pride when it comes to reading. My daughter has been attending for over a year now. Last year when school started she was a little behind her reading curve and with-in months she improved a whole grade level. She is currently reading ahead of her class level and we committed to keep her going.

I was a huge Kumon fan while my daughter attended 1-4 grade. Both of my daughter's math skills really did improve during those grades. However, last year my oldest was only able to maintain a B average in 5th Grade Math. So this summer I really started to see exactly what was going on. My daughter spends more time waiting on someone to check her work and offer feedback than she actually spends doing the math work. Even then the feedback is less than desirable. Seems understaffed; the more advanced math takes more time and does require more oversight, which they do not receive. My wife and I spend more time after Kumon teaching my daughter how to do her worksheets. Spending 1 - 1 1/2 hrs at Kumon would be fine if they were learning, but that is not the case. I have heard great things about Mathnasium and will be giving them a try.

- No consideration of parents time
- Poor oversight
- Schedule not flexible; only Monday's & Thursday's
- Waiting room has limited space, is very loud, & irritating.

When I first started Kumon the place was stupid the staff there was not friendly and then there is a problem including that my brother Areeb left after he's done while I was working hard there never send me to that place ever again
