My kids have been going to this Kumon center for over a year now and the improvement for my kids in math and reading from then to now has been tremendous and major improvement. Their confidence has skyrocketed after enrolling them to Kumon. They even provided extra support when my son was struggling at his new school. Alice and Mariann treat my kids as if they were their own and only want to see all the students succeed and excel. I'm forever grateful for their help and support of my children during this crucial time for them to learn math and reading.

My daughter enrolled this Kumon location few years ago, and I am very happy about the learning experience here. Everyone is very friendly, professional and encouraging. Mariann is a great teacher, who truly has passion to teach as well as wanting her student to be succeed. I witness the interactions between her and students, and all the students are very happy and enjoying to learn from her. The process of learning is difficult for young children, and I can see Mariann puts her 100% effort to guide her students on the right path. Teaching can be boring, but teaching with passion will turn into an amazing result. Luckily, those student from Mariann's learning center, have Mariann to be there for them as always. My kids have been doing math program here for over two years. Their math skills have improved in comprehension, accuracy and confidence. My daughter (in middle school) used to make a lot of careless mistakes; she has made noticeable progress now she is often the first one in class to finish her assignments quickly and accurately. I'm also delighted to see her self confidence improves as a result and she is more prepared to tackle advanced materials. I really appreciate the teachers there, especially Mariann, who has many 1:1s with my kids. Mariann is very observant of kids' strength and areas of improvement. She is very skillful in explaining concepts in ways that kids can relate to -- not only with math, but also with life skills (developing good habits, time management, organization and discipline, etc). My kids look up to her and respect her guidance a great deal. I also value her perspective and insights tremedously. 🙂

I have been attending Kumon for 9 years from Pre-K to 8th grade. It has been an amazing help and I have been ahead in most of my classes. Their math and reading program both were great for me. The system of self-adaptive learning will help any child a lot, giving them perfect problems for their level. All of the worksheets given have very helpful problems, because they usually show an example and the problems are challenging. The instructors were also very kind and helpful, especially Mariann and Alice. This place has helped me excel in math and reading through middle and elementary school! I would recommend this to anyone!

We are so pleased with our ongoing experience for our son at Kumon center Sunnyvale Central. Ms. Alice and Ms. Mariann have exceeded all our expectations. It seems they have been working with and teaching Kumon techniques for many many years. They are so professional and their communication and curriculum are indeed beneficial. They always reply to our emails questions and concerns with utmost professionalism and consideration in a timely manner.

Our son has been enrolled in math at this Sunnyvale-Central location since 3rd grade. He is currently in 8th grade and he is doing jr. sr. Level high school math. This is so beneficial cuz high school and university math should go smooth due to his exposure to this level math at earlier age.

We always mention to him how lucky he is to have Kumon as we did not in our youth.

We highly recommend the Kumon technique and especially the staff and service at this location. It seems they have been teaching Kumon for so long in this area. They are truly experts and they also get to know each and every student as well also each students level in both math and reading. They truly care about the students and take extra time if needed.
