The center is run down. The parking lot and landscaping is shoddy. The anchor tenant space was Rite Aid but is now vacant. The homeless have taken over the space behind the building. There's grafitti everywhere and now the main sign on Rosecrans is destroyed (from a very tragic multiple fatality car crash). It needs new vision and/or ownership. The restaurants and Beach Spa are certainly a draw, but the parking lot is too big. It could use more dining especially some covered out door eating.

I was at the center for Dr. Anthony Cho, Chiropractor, who I see twice a month for my back.

He's a great guy, who can usually give you the appointment time and day you want, even on short notice.

Ate at Pollys, was great outdoor seating and good food
