The staff is super friendly and the class rooms are clean and inviting. The staff knows my son by name and he had only been there two weeks. They are quick to respond to messages. And the updates throughout the day on my baby are amazing. I love that I can look in when I'm not to busy a work and see him happy and playing. The staff is so attentive and it's just been amazing from the enrolling to the tour to the first day they have been amazing.

Our youngest son (almost 3) has been attending for the last month or so and we’re super happy with the communication over the app and have had no issues or concerns with care or anything like some of these other reviews are stating (not to discredit any of their concerns).

Our son started with Ms. Melissa and has now transitioned into Ms. Yuraima’s class more recently. Both have been nothing but wonderful and have helped tremendously with his transition to the school!

I had my daughter in La Petite from infant to 2. Overall our experience was fantastic. Yes, the facility is old/outdated, and there is high teacher turnover; however communication was always good and I felt my daughter was well cared for. Ms. Barb, Yuraima, Melissa, and Tobi specifically were always incredibly kind and attentive to my girl. Food and diapering is included with tuition, or you can bring in your own with a dr note if there are specific nutrition wishes. There are planned activities for the toddlers and frequent outside time. I always felt that my daughter was safe, engaged, and having fun.

I have really enjoyed our time at LaPetite! We came here in February of this year and it has been lovely. The staff is friendly and compassionate, they communicate often and clearly. I love the bonds my children have made with all of the staff and how they have prepared my daughter for her time at school. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a safe, and happy place for their children to learn and grow!

I recently had the opportunity to visit your facility with the intent of learning more about your summer camp program and to potentially enroll my children. I was greeted by a very courteous staff member at the front desk, whom I believe was named Darius, who made a positive initial impression.

However, during my wait in the front area for a scheduled tour, I was taken aback by what I experienced. For the entirety of my 15-minute wait, I was exposed to a concerning situation where a teacher, not visible to me at the time, was heard loudly yelling at children. This was not a brief incident but rather a continuous occurrence throughout my time in the waiting area.

Regrettably, due to this experience, I decided not to proceed with the tour, and consequently, I will not be enrolling my children in the program. The atmosphere conveyed during my visit does not align with the nurturing and supportive environment I seek for my children’s summer camp experience.

I am leaving this review to share my observations with the hope that they will be taken into consideration. I believe it is imperative for potential parents and guardians to feel assured of a positive and encouraging environment for their children.

If you truly love and care for your kids you will stay far away from this place as possible. You'd have better luck letting your kids hangout with a homeless person than the teachers at this school. Only teacher that gives a dam is Ms. Barb, the rest of them are worthless and shouldn't be around kids at all! They don't clean the school like they should be it's always dirty and smells like mold or trash, pretty sure the walls have mold in them from how many times the school has been flooded, my kid would come home sick at least 2-3 times a month and was never like that before he came here. Communication is horrible can't ever get in touch with anyone to have them change the cameras to be able to see my kid, lunch they serve these kids is horrible pretty sure a dog wouldn't touch it. The staff here goes through teachers like it's nobody's business, the way the management treats the staff is very wrong as well, mostly the assistant director he has a mouth on him and needs to have his attitude checked, he reeks like weed everytime I drop and pick my kid up, DCF has been called here multiple times definitely not a good look what's so ever.

DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE. I had my child here for a month before I pulled her out. Not enough staff to deal with the kids. Students themselves are out of control, hitting each other and climbing with no repercussions at all. Everyday I would pick her up and she would be covered in dirt, barefoot and crying. I can only imagine the things she saw in there bc the cameras were never on for her room - she learned so many bad behaviors she never had before that I am struggling to correct. My child is not the same kid she was before I had her there.

Horrible communication with parents. Pulled my 3 now 4 year out due to the staff in that class and the fact that my child sobbed every time she went. My 1.5 year old does love her teacher which is the only reason why she is still enrolled. But I have strong suspicions she is the only good one there. High turn over with staff at pretty much with all la petite. This is my 3rd location I have tried and I don't think my children have ever had consistent staff. Truly just there out of necessity. Not because we want to be enrolled there.
