Im going to give short praise then long reason for the praise. I heard a preacher quote a beauty from Philipians the other day: he's not any old egg, he's the one who gets the hens excited. That's Chuck. Off hand, he's maybe the best boss I've ever had.

Labor Finders of Charlottesville VA and Chuck Corey the branch manager are simply awesome. A prime example of Adam Smith's moral capitalism, Labor Finders treats you like a person not a figure on a ledger sheet, but you don't want to hear high praise, you want the nuts and bolts, will I work consistently and will I get paid. If you are a contractor, will the workers show up and show up ready to work. Yes, yes, yes and yes. Worried about getting left high and dry by a company? Not with Labor Finders, not with Chuck. I'll leave you with my honest guage, it's the best and only temp agency I'll work for. A lot of days the work is hard, but you don't mind, in fact you get a sense of pride and well being working for such a class act and great bunch of guys. Wanna work? Chuck will keep you rolling, and yes the paycheck isnt half bad either.

Call me crazy, he delivers on his word time and time again. This guy is the the best. He's never let me down.

I have worked for Labor finders for almost a year. I am extremely thrilled and blessed to write a review for the Charlottesville local branch and Chuck Corey the Branch Manager. He is very fair, friendly and cheerful and treats every Labor Employee as an equal. He leads by example. He visits job sites and checks on employees throughout the day. His acumen of embracing daily changes such as adapting to changing work situations, employee schedules and matching it with client needs , is awe-inspiring.
He answers phone calls and texts even late at night and weekends. Labor Finders inspires and motivates team members to achieve set goals, even while under pressure. Even when we make mistakes , he coaches you to do better and be a more productive employee. Chuck has always kept abreast of the goals and visions of the company, contractor clients and has never derailed from any. He commands the respect of his colleagues by always seeking out the best ways to serve them better. In short, America is because of people like him. I can go on and on but no words will do justice. I am an employee of Labor Finders so I have a front row seat to the intricacies of the operation. And their staffing solutions are first class. Not only do you walk in to a warm welcome but also a warm cup of breakfast blend from the Keurig. Cameron Gray runs the operation with patience and persistence I've seen her give 2nd and 3rd chances to employees who are lackluster ect. She keeps me busy all she asks is that your on time or give a courtesy call if you cant make if I could give her and the labor finders team more than five stars I'd exercise that opportunity.
