Do NOT take your children here. I had my daughter come in 2022-23, worst experience ever. My daughter had a diaper rash for weeks due to their negligence in changing her soon enough. The staff talk bad about you, my baby contracted pink eye among multiple other things while going to this daycare. Either keep your kid home until 2 years old where they can go to a better daycare or find somewhere out of town. These reviews stand true. Do not take your child here.

I enrolled my baby girl at this daycare for two months, but I strongly believe this place should be shut down. Within the first two weeks, she contracted an infection because the staff didn't clean the bottles properly. Additionally, they emailed us about the option to purchase lunch for $65 a month on top of the already expensive tuition of $900, or else our child would only get crackers and apple slices. They also don't provide breakfast, despite requiring children to be dropped off by 8:30 am.

There were numerous emails about hand, foot, and mouth disease, as well as pink eye. The staff members have received several complaints about yelling at the babies and children, which can be verified on the state website. In the mornings, the staff doesn't pay attention to who is coming and going, and during pick up, the information about my child's day is very brief and unclear. When I asked for more details, the staff seemed confused and handed me a half-filled "infant feedings and changes" form with my child's name on it.

When I raised these concerns with Lacey, the owner, she dismissively told me, "if you don't like how things are, then you can put in your two weeks' notice." I never returned after that, and then I received a rude text stating that since my child didn't return, I would be charged a $500 early termination fee. I firmly told her that her request was unreasonable. My advice to other parents is to avoid sending your child to this daycare.

Reading some of these reviews are laughable to say the least. My daughter started here at 1 yrs old and has continued through her life. She is now 8 and my youngest is 4 and has been since 9 months old. The staff here are absolutely incredible. Sure, like most humans they have off days but to generalize them as a whole is not ok. Lets start with the illnesses. Children are prone to illnesses and even more so in a day care environment. My daughter was sick alot also for the 1st six months because she lived in a bubble before that. I have personally witnessed staff disinfecting toys bottles surface areas ect. Ive also witnessed many times when break outs such as Hand foot mouth occur where they remove everything and sanitize. To say they are lazy is mind boggling. Also reminder- keep your kids home if they are even slightly sick and yes, that means calling into to your own job! These people handle stresses many of us could never fathom. Children with behavioral issues are a constant yet they offer patience and understanding... now lets talk feeding your child before drop off... do that. Get up early prepare a meal and feed them. The many reviews lack to mention the many healthy snacks they offer your children when they are hungry. Feed your children healthy nutritional foods, be apart of the solution, not the problem.

My oldest also had a speech impairment and was delayed. I worked tirelessly with her at home while the preschool also had hands on with her... the reality is children develope at all sorts of rates. To place blame on a preschool is wild to me! Understand that some kids walk sooner, talk sooner, and learn so differently! My son who is 4, started talking fluently at 1 while my daughter didnt until 4 or 5. I would never place blame on anyone else other than nature.

Fees- the care for my children is invaluable. Id pay a lot to ensure they were taken care of in the same manner i would. You signed a contract. Which says theres a notice required or penalties are applicable. Follow the rules and dont get a fine! Like any contract.. if you sign it (which you did!) Then your responsible for it. Without a notice the center cant fill the spot which makes them lose money like any business place... use your brain!

Lets remember to be kind. The world has enough hate!

I have been bringing my kids to LLL for 8 years. My son was there from 4 months old until he was 4 and began TK. My daughter has been there since she was 5 months old. I wouldn't dare trust anyone else with my kids. These ladies work so hard and have always went above and beyond for our kids. There is no better feeling than knowing your precious kids are in the safest hands. I can't remember a time I wasn't greeted in the last 8 yrs and met with a smile. My daughter absolutely loves her teachers and has learned so much. If I felt any type of disconnect or discomfort from the teachers my child would not be in attendance.
