Land of Paradise is fantastic! Tara is the owner of this childcare and she is great with our little boy. She provides a structured environment with well balanced activities such as play time out back with her great assortment of toys, she works on numbers, letters and even potty training. We really like that she genuinely cares about the growth of our boy. If your looking for childcare that gives one on one personalized care, I would definitely recommend Tara!

Our Twins have been in Tara's care for almost 2 years since they were 7 months old. The girls absolutely love her! They definitely see her as a member of the family and get excited just pulling up to her home in the morning.

Tara has a gift with children and fully understand developmental stages and caters to each child's temperament and growth. She is very organized and has a daily schedule that she encourages that is also followed at home if one hasn't been established yet. She has really helped us with our Twins as it can be hectic at times.

She if fully CPR Certified, Licensed and even will not answer the door (if it is not a parent) during day care hours. She takes safety very seriously.

We love that Tara has taken care of our girls as if they were her own. We will be forever grateful for her kindness and service.

Like most new parents, my wife and I completely stressed over the idea of leaving our newest addition in the care of a complete stranger, once it was time for Mom to return to work. We completely lucked out when we found Tara! She has been friendly, informative, dependable, and we can tell she genuinely cares for our daughter. My little one leaves happy everyday and has developed quite the vocabulary. Trusting someone with the care and wellbeing of your child is no small thing. We’re definitely fortunate to have found Tara.

Both of my children have been with Tara since 2014 and they absolutely love her. She was referred to us by a friend when a larger local in-home daycare with more kids did not work out for us. She takes on fewer children than others, her rates are competitive, and she feeds them breakfast and lunch and snacks. She is kind and patient and loves the children truly as her own. I would refer her to any friend looking for daycare options.

I was referred to Tara from a friend who's daughter attended Land of Paradise from infant until Kindergarten. Locating the right child care is stressful and worrisome, Tara was a blessing. My daughter has been attending since she was 4 months (now 3) and I'm very satisfied. She takes care of the kids well, is very attentive, teaches ABCs/colors/#s , and partners with you when you are ready to potty train. Unlike a chain child care center I do NOT have to worry about my child coming home sick every other week. Additionally, my daughter enjoys going to Taras and is excited to share what she learned every day.
