From the moment of our initial phone call with Ben, your administrator, stating you had a room for our dad, the tone of his voice assured us that our dad would be very well taken care of.
Upon arriving at your facility we were greeted by a very professional, attentive, and willing to help staff. After meeting Ben we really felt confident that our dad would receive the best possible care. His words rang true about making changes to the staff, as well as renovations to the facility.
Anyone looking for a facility for their loved one we highly recommend Lawrence Nursing Care Center.

My husband was a patient here, they treated him well and had welcoming arms for me as a visitor. CNA Ifeanyi and Carlo the floor nurse were great. Everyone was very helpful, and social work Andgie is such a wonderful person. At the beginning my husband was scared to do physical therapy, but they managed to encourage him and he did very well.

This place is the skid row of nursing homes. As I walked through the hallways the smell of feces and strong urine took my breath away.I arrived to the 3rd floor and found my brother drenched with urine and feces. His clothes were scattered across the floor. He is non ambulatory. He was in pain crying for help. He has a large bed sore on his bitty. I also learned that he had fallen down on the floor and no medical attention was sought. In fact a staff member told me that she was not aware of any one in that room. This is one of the most poorly kept facilities that I have ever seen. All the residents have a right to quality care and respect. I have notified the Department of Health and NYS Attorney General.

I was here for about 2 months and the care was wonderful. The staff are very caring and attentive. Rehab is great and I was able to walk again because of them. I would recommend Lawrence.

The worst place the care the patients receive is not the best . The food for the patients is non nutritional and very little tasteless always short of hygiene supplies patient bathroom dirty not enough staff for patients ratio patients gets injured you ask questioned no one knows or see anything inspector were present recently at the facility due to complaints were called in. Think twice about leaving a loved one there at this facility. Don't leave a loved one at this facility.

I was extremely pleased how this facility took care of my mother during her stay. The staff was very kind, concerned, and would always try to "uplift the spirit" of people. My mother's social worker, Ms. Pryce was very sweet and caring and I will always be greatful. Even though she's no longer a patient at this facility you have staff members, like Ben, who still reach out to see how she's doing.
