I visited the school, met the director radhika dogra.
She personally gave me the tour of the school and got assured my kid will be in right place. They have so much activities and skill for growth and development of my child.
Kids were enjoying the activities done by the teachers.
The school look very safe and clean and the teachers also look very responsible and highly recommend the school.

This place is the best . My 2 year old joined a school and left a family (when we decided to move to another country). The teachers are very clear about priorities (and take parents along the whole way). In addition there is a strong and collaborative parent-teacher community that has a say in what gets taught at school.

Finally, the director Ms.Radhika is a fantastic, empathetic leader who steers the ship really well.

Great teachers, curriculum, environment. My son was very shy and attached to me entering the school. After the first 2 days he was off on his own. The teachers are very experienced w kids. My son enjoys coming everyday.

At the Maple Campus of Learn and Play Montessori, my daughter has been attending playschool since May of this year, and the experience has been truly wonderful. Every day, I witness her growing and learning in exciting ways. I make it a point to discuss her day at school with her, and I'm consistently impressed by the nurturing and enjoyable learning environment they've established. Both her teachers, Lakshmi and Ruchi, have made a significant impact. They successfully potty trained my child, which is a standout accomplishment for any parent. The entire staff is incredibly caring and engaged, and the director has been welcoming and supportive. One feature I particularly appreciate is the transparency of the school - I can drop my daughter off at her class, and they send me daily pictures of her activities. Joining Learn and Play Montessori has been a decision we're more than pleased with. In stark contrast to her previous Montessori experience, where she frequently fell ill and had daily reservations about attending, here at Maple LAPMS, my daughter eagerly looks forward to school and play. Her health has notably improved, and we're even planning to enroll our younger child at this campus soon.

Journey with learn and play : maple street location started with our son few years back. we were very happy with the facility, hygiene , curriculum , and the overall development for or son was great. Now our daughter attends the same and we are happy and satisfied with her growth .Experienced teachers , detailed daily work schedule and activities makes this Montessori stand out . Our son has been attending this Montessori for 1.5 years now and he absolutely loves it (and we do too). He started here at 2.5 years old when we moved states. The teachers are amazing- they are very accommodating, knowledgeable and caring. He loves his teachers- Ms. Radhika, Ms. Ruchi, Ms. Carmen, Ms. Shreya, Ms. Jasmine, Ms. Ruby to name a few. It is essentially a great team working together to take care of these little ones.
My child has become more independent, communicates well and has learnt a lot since then. they have a very structured approach where they work on a variety of Montessori jobs appropriate for the class' age. They cover topics ranging from geography, biology, literature, animals, US holidays, etc. evident from the interesting worksheets that get sent home at the end of the day. They have a lot of hands on demos- my son explained how they planted a seed and it has become a sapling now. He was eager to help me in my garden as a result (also compares how Ms. Ruchi's school garden is doing great and how mumma's plants are not growing). He enjoys the reading class in school and points out to all the books he has read in school when we visit our city library.
He is now in the next classroom and enjoys his more regimented classwork - he loves tracing, coloring, is able to identify and write alphabets and numbers. Thank you LAPMS for making it easy for parents to trust you with their kids. It indeed takes a village to raise a kid- thank you for being mine (atleast during the weekdays)

cannot speak highly enough of Learn and Play Montessori Milpitas location, where my child has flourished under the care and guidance of the exceptional staff. The Director, Ms. Selva, sets an incredibly warm and welcoming tone for the entire institution, ensuring that every child feels at home from the moment they step through the doors.

The teachers, such as Ms. Pooja, MS. Yousha and Ms. Rinku, are true gems in the field of early childhood education. My son has been going to Learn and Play Montessori School (Maple) since July 2014, the school is very clean and secure. Staff are very supportive and caring, they are friendly and very patient with the kids.They also very good at understanding my special request about my son. Ever since my son started going to this school he has shown lots of improvement in reading, writing and social behavior. My son loves the various activities in the school, every day he is coming home with different projects that he has done at the school and he is so happy to talk about them.
