I couldn't be happier with Montessori Sunnyvale! It honestly took me about four months of researching to find the right place for my son, and I'm so glad we landed here. The nurturing environment and the amazing staff--huge shoutout to Miss Lana and her awesome team--create such a warm space for kids to thrive. The Montessori approach is the real deal, and I've seen my son grow so much in his independence, confidence, and love for learning.

My son has been here for 7 months now, and he's just starting the transition to the 3-year-old classroom. I love how the staff is really paying attention to make sure the transition goes smoothly for him.

The place is always clean and well-organized, and the materials they use in the classrooms are really high-quality and keep the kids engaged. I also really appreciate the regular updates from Miss Lana and the staff--it's great to feel so involved in my son's progress.

I highly recommend Montessori Sunnyvale to any parent looking for an amazing Montessori school.

I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks for the positive impact this preschool has had on my 2.5-year-old daughter. This was her first preschool experience, and we noticed significant growth and happiness in her. So far our experience with the learn and play Montessori school is quite positive. My son Andy has been with the same facility for almost 3 years from the previous CKIS to LAPMS. After the new owner took over, we got more structured learning, more timely communication and sharing, and parent-involved activities.

This place is newly branded with updated facilities and new operations. They have great teacher student ratio, allowing enough attention to each kids. They also have all sorts of curriculum for kids to learn math, science and language. I am very glad that all the changes are positive here and the hope more kids will enjoy it here.

New facilities with clean and safe environment, my 3 year’s old son is enjoying all the moments staying there.

Very clean and well decorated facility.
Gated, pass-code controlled entry.
One English and one Chinese teacher in each class.
Lunch are provided with a minimal fee.
The curriculum is well balanced between Art/Music/Math/English/Chinese/Play.

At the age of 5, children are expected to learn 500 Han characters.
This is not much comparing to their English vocabulary. But it is a lot for kids born and grown up in US.

Teacher will help children to put on Sunscreen. This is something other school refused to do. (Challenger, I'm talking about u here). Teeth cleaning is enforced after lunch. Teach will let you exact when and how long your kid slept during nap time. The administrator will give out free snack after school. Although it is a very small perk, but kids are encouraged to leave the classroom as soon as possible, which is good for busy parents.
