I started my first salsa lesson with Tenia over 7 years ago, and has been coming back to her for her advanced lessons, privates and ladies styling workshops since than. She is an amazing teacher who breaks things down for both leads and follows. I learn something new from her every time I have an opportunity to take her class. Her smile and fun attitude only add to the wonderful experience every time I get to take her lessons. Highly recommend! You will fall in love with salsa when you learn it from Tenia.

I have been learning salsa from Tenia Worick for about a year now and she is an exceptional instructor for beginning, intermediate, and advanced classes. She keeps it interesting and fun by changing up and adapting freestyle, styling, and partner routines to adjust to the needs and desires of her various classes. I've been taking Tenia's classes now for over a year. I have lots of fun. It's a great way to learn Salsa and make new friends. Tenia excels in teaching new students and diagnosing dancing problems. Unlike in many other weekly Salsa classes, Tenia teaches a routine that builds over 4 weeks.

I've known Tenia for several years now and took many salsa classes with her when she was teaching at Zen Lounge in Hermosa Beach. She taught something new in every classand paid attention to ladies' styling. That meant that I (a follower) learned just as much as the leads did, which doesn't always happen in a salsa group class. She's also patient and fun, and I highly recommend her classes!

For my wife's birthday, I hired Tenia to provide private Salsa lessons to us and two other couples in our home. We did one lesson a week for four weeks. We all had a blast, we feel great about what we learned and love the results. Most importantly we loved Tenia and would recommend her highly. I've been taking classes with Tenia (both group and private) for over 2 years now and I can tell you with certainty that, every single class, there is always something new I pick up. Every.single.class. She's an amazing dancer but even more importantly a gifted teacher who has helped me finally feel confident on the dance floor. She breaks down moves in a way that makes it easy to learn and she pays attention to the small details that make such a difference in how you look and feel when dancing. By far one of the Best Salsa Styling teacher in all L.A county! The Ladies Styling Classes that she offers heightens your Sensuality. Tenia creates an ambience that allows the ladies to express themselves freely. Not to mention the way she teaches the "LEAD" part is EFFORTLESS!
