Excellent toy store with unique and really cool toys. Not like department stores of toys r us type places. Educational, quality, neat things! Nice helpful staff. They’ll also wrap gifts if you need that.

EH. The store is only ok. Their products don't rotate often though, aside from seasonal items. Also for some reason if you play test their toys they will come over to you and ask you to stop. Which seems odd for a toy store with toys out of packages and on display. Dunno if the workers were just having a bad day but you can't have balls out to bounce and then get upset when people test them.
Edit: after reading more reviews I believe the manager at the store and the employees are the issue with this location but there is another in Polaris and worth the drive to avoid this location!

Went in for the first time recently. Although this has been here for years and I always walked by it I went in on a whim. I was not disappointed they had a great selection and the prices were in line with everything else I've seen. Although the staff was mainly talking with themselves most of the time they were very helpful when I had asked them a question. We will definitely be back.

I am so glad I found this store since Toys R Us is now closed. The store is really cute and they have a lot of neat toys. I took my daughter here to pick out a toy for her 3rd birthday. Picking out a birthday gift here is going to be a new tradition in our family for all of our children. They also offer free gift wrapping!

As one of only a few franchises with limits of this extreme strictness, they should make purchasing policies more clear on social media posts and signage. Nowhere is it stated that it is one per region, or even one per day. It is unacceptable for a store manager to crucify customers who are not at fault and accuse them of having intentions to do things that they do not. What was said to me by the manager of this location is unacceptable. After supporting this store for many months, I plan to take my business elsewhere and advise others to do the same.

If i could rate it a 0 star i would. This store has horrible customer service! Customers were being yelled at over stuff animals. I went to one of their social medias to bring this situation to light since the customer wanted an apology but never received one. After commenting i was blocked. Along with this other people were blocked just for bringing up the issue. If you want to continue to have customers I suggest you all grow up and stop acting like children. Just because you work at a store for kids, doesn’t mean you should act like one!

This is a great local shop! It’s perfect for picking up creative kids gifts. The sales associates are very helpful. I love the free gift wrap!!! It’s makes shopping very hassle free and so much more personal than amazon, target, etc.

Many of my friends and myself have visited this location to purchase squishmallows. I understand the limitations of popular products but there is no reason for employees to make customers feel uncomfortable and turn them away when they were simply unaware of unclear policies that they choose to selectively enforce for specific customers it seems. I have only been here once and was turned away due to their “new policy” that they had seemingly just made that day. Highly doubtful I will return to this location in the future.
