We are so grateful to have found this wonderful childcare center! From the moment we stepped inside, we felt right at home. The warmth and genuine care from everyone there is just amazing. The teachers are incredibly patient and kind, and you can really tell they love what they do.

The classrooms are not only clean but also filled with fun toys and activities. I love the curriculum they use and the studies the children do; it’s wonderful to see our child’s curiosity and confidence blossom.

Communication is fantastic—we always feel in the loop thanks to regular updates from their app with photos, and feedback from the staff. The outdoor play area has an age appropriate space for them to burn off energy.

The building is secure!

Finding a place that feels just right is rare, but this center has exceeded all our expectations. It truly feels like a second home for our child, and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend it to any parent looking for a loving and nurturing environment for their kids to learn. We just can’t say enough.

Writing this review because I’ve very saddened to have to take my kids out of a daycare we were comfortable in and this has caused at lot of complication, back in sept my vouchers were going to expire, I have a 3 & 1 year old, back when I first put them in daycare I was a first time young mom so I had help with applying for childcare , this time around I did it myself and ran into a few complications… with that being said I filled out paperwork sent to my house thinking I was renewing my vouchers , sent it in and waited on sept 30th I called to get a update on what was going on they told me they didn’t receive it and that they got my Medicaid renew not my childcare , so I had to fill out another application, after speaking to the director she told me as long as I got it filled out and sent in by the end of the day she’d still allow them to come , I also asked what would happen if jfs didn’t backpay she told me they would and I wouldn’t wanna pay the full tuition and told I could do it at the library so right after leaving I went to the local library and filled out the application and sent it in which I had a screenshot of my receipt, after waiting we called again they told me they didn’t receive it , at this point I’m confused at what I’m doing & whats going on I got in contact with the supervisor sent her my screenshot and because it didn’t have a date shown I wasn’t able to use it , so that forced me to fill out a 3rd application now at this point jfs won’t back pay the daycare so now I have to private pay in order for my kids to keep going , which I didn’t have a problem with , what I didn’t expect was to be ran around a bush about it , after trying to get what my payment was I had h not only me , my mother and my kids father try and see how to go about paying I was told by the director that they were busy , my mom was also told she was busy , and was told what my kids intuition is and asked if I could pay half and put the rest on a plan , I texted back asking if half would be a certain amount and what the total amount was and got no response, at this point I’m frustrated bc it’s been about a week and I’m missing work I’m missing money due to my kids not being in daycare anymore , so I send the text that we would just find another daycare because it clearly seemed like she did not care and was not really worried about it , which cool whatever, she sends back a nasty text telling me ā€œ she’s on vacation and that I’m texting her as if she did something wrong when she allowed my kids to go to daycare hoping I’d do the right thingā€ mind you like I said it was my first time and yes I struggled a bit to do it correctly but I got it done and i explained that I also told her it’s coming down to where I’m gonna have no choice, i explained that it will be hard for me to pay half the amount owed bc technically it is a total of 700$ a week and my kids went for a month , I don’t have just 700$ on top of bills I also have to pay THATS WHY I HAVE VOUCHERS , I’m a 23 year old single mother of 2 , I NEVER SAID I wasn’t willing to pay , but to have extra money added on to my co pay or a plan to pay something every month till it was paid was what I thought would happen she then texted me asking if I could pay anything and at the moment I didn’t have a lot but I had some to put down I said I’d ask their father if he could add to it, he gave no response and neither did the director, now what tied it all together and gave me and their father the final decision not to send them back , was when i finally had him call to see if he could get the information, Tina the assistant director told my kids father that the director was STILL on vacation and that she was gonna be ā€œbluntly honest with him ā€œ and told him that ā€œ i decided to take my kids out of the daycare because i didn’t want to pay , which once again THAT WAS NEVER STATED AND I HAVE MESSAGES to show , it was stated id have no choice but to take them out if something wasn’t set , which never happened now I’ve been forced to find my kids a different daycare.

As a mother I am beyond pleased with the care my children receive!!!!! The teachers have been on top of my child's developmental delays and assisting me with getting her the help she needs.. I have felt nothing but love and support as I struggle with this journey. As a staff memeber I have never worked somewhere where I am supported and encouraged to be the best i can for the children we serve. I love the Learning Garden and the staff!!

Very unprofessional. Constantly text about. Something instead of calling. Tina was great. Very messy to own a business. Someone needs to run it that knows what they’re doing. My son never had issues at other daycare all of a sudden he comes there now he has issues. Nothing wrong with my child sorry. Try someone else. Learn to call instead of text all the time. Y’all should also do something about the pee/poop smell

My kids have been going to Learning Garden Academy for the last 2 years. They absolutely love being there and the staff has always been more than friendly. I searched for a long time and went through a number of places that didn’t work out. I fully trust them with my kids and that is something that seems really hard to find these days.
