Plato Tutoring was an amazing experience for me personally. I studied with Jay in order to be prepared for the ASVAB exam. For those that are not familiar with the ASVAB exam it is a very complicated exam that spans many subjects from math, science, reading, to mechanical knowledge. I’m not the average college student, with a full time job (then) and a family, my time is very limited but I’m committed to do great in college. I’ve always had difficulty with Math in general, therefore after 3 times taking precalculus, I needed a private tutor for Calculus. Many choices and great tutors contacted me. I told them what I need from them, to be very patient and explain Calculus as simple as possible. My tutor Jay was very pleasant and incredibly patient, broke it down and made it clear, “We practiced a lot for A......”, I passed the summer intensive Calculus class on the first run.
