Learnsoft is awesome! The instructors moved at a good pace, and were always willing to help if you had questions; the content was very relevant. Money well spent! Megan is diligent and responsive in setting up the class and very welcoming.

Over the years I have taken a few Learnsoft courses both in-person and in virtual and it has been an OUTSTANDING experience. Tony W. is a great MS Office instructor and I have learned so many tips and tricks to help me do my job better. Gregg H. taught new and innovative leadership skills that helped me improve in my new management role. If you need to improve your skills, Learnsoft is the company to go to!

Don't expect professional customer service! JoAnn in the office agrees make up the 2 hours of training that was missed, at not additional cost. This was great, but when you follow up they tell you NO, because the instructor doesn't want to. They don't offer a different instructor either, so pay for a class but don't get a certificate?

The trainer was engaging and created a very interactive space. I didn't think I needed time management training. However, I learned new ways to manage my project filled day.

I have taken 2 test there so far and each time was a good experience. Test center was quiet, staff was friendly and the test center was very clean. My test were MS exams, so I can't confirm or deny the previous reviewers claims. If you are concerned I would call to verify the exam and schedule a day or two after it's made. Overall I had a good experience.

Stay FAR FAR FAR away from this company. Learnsoft is not a valid testing center for certifications but they lie about it.
A couple of months ago I scheduled the COMPTia CASP test through Pearson Vue to take the test 20 NOV 2015 at 12:30 PM at Learnsoft.
I arrived 15 minutes early only to have some mewling lady tell me they don't have a licensed proctor. So I asked why wasn't I notified. Her mewling reply was Pearson does the tests, Pearson does the test and we did notified them.
Well, turns out she lied about notifying Pearson.
After I called Pearson I got a response around 1:45 PM. After discussing the situation the guy said they were just informed that Learnsoft doesn't have a proctor. Of course they were just informed after I blew up on lying mewling lady and threatened her with a lawsuit.
Makes me wonder how much money they pocketed by accepting tests then turning people away with bald-faced lies.
Anyways, Pearson Vue refunded my money but please, STAY AWAY from Learnsoft Technology Group!!!
Wish I could shout this from the roof tops!
Also, I've been taking computer certification tests for over 20 years and this is a first.
