I wish my son listened and behaved at home like he does in class! 🙂 They balance the building character side with the learning self defense side perfectly. If you're looking for a fantastic Jiu Jitsu studio for your kid, this is it! My son Ben has been training here for 3 years now, and it's been amazing to see his progress. Coach Alex is a total gem. He's strict, but in a way that keeps the kids focused and learning. At the same time, he makes the classes fun and keeps the kids motivated.

What I really love is that Coach Alex goes beyond just teaching Jiu Jitsu moves. He instills important values in the kids, like respect, accountability, and kindness. It's awesome to see my son learning these valuable life lessons alongside his jiu jitsu skills.

The studio itself is great for both recreational grapplers and those interested in competing. They offer a supportive environment for all, whether your child just wants to learn self-defense or test their skills in tournaments.

I love this school and jiujitsu changed my life!! I am 30 yo woman who had never had any interest in any type of sport. Organized sports have never been my thing.

My boyfriend tried out this gym once and made me come with him the next time to try it, because he swore I would love it and he was absolutely right. We started in fundamentals with Coach Will and he's the absolute best. So patient and adjusts how he's coaching to who he is coaching, which is so important. My boyfriend loves all sports and loves to be pushed, I need space to figure things out while being "encouraged" if you will, not yelled at. Had I not gotten that when I started, I would have been turned off from the sport immediately, because like I said, I am not an organized sport kinda gal. (Lol)

Now I mostly train with our Black Belt, Professor Makoto, he is also extremely patient, knowledgeable and a complete beast. With multiple golds this year alone, so it's nice to be learning from the best in such a supportive environment.

Honestly, I can't rave enough about level up, all the coaches I've worked with are awesome, Alex, Donovan and the Professor Erik. They all have different styles and are there to help you find yours.
