LTC has some very dedicated Site Supervisors and Job Coaches at the I5/Firebaugh , Downtown Plaza, and City Hall job sites. They are extremely committed to the LTC Mission and working to assist their clients develop their skills. Since starting work here on 04/06/20, I have encountered some very hard working individuals who give 110%. And, our Corporate Office has been very supportive in many ways.

Lincoln Training Center is a great place. They are extremely supportive of clients and staff. Transportation is often provided for our clients to and from work and they offer other supportive tools and programs to encourage success. This company is a great place for positive minded individuals who strive to achieve their goals.

Working in the Custom Employment arena has been very satisfying. I have a group of wonderful clients that I am dedicated to and will continue to support as best as possible. I am lucky to work with a supportive manager and group of individuals that makes our organization run smoothly. Most gratifying work I have done in a long time.

This was a humbling experience to work here. The staff and front office were professionally but getting paid half than minimum wage wasn't for me to stick around. I wouldn't be where I am at without them because I push for a better opportunity.

If anybody that work for Lincoln training center.i would not want a job from this program because they don't treat there people fair at all and they there job coaches don't respect any of these clinit at all so I rate them a big zero. And I would not want to work for this company any more to .

Worse place to work for. I have never worked for such unorganized place in my life. Staff very unprofessional. No verbal skills. They treat there staff horrible would not recommend anyone. Very poor people skills. Staff not trainedin anything they are out of control there.

Horrible Management, if there was 1/2 star I would give it, ....no appreciation for staff and consumers, every site is short handed and management thinks everything running great corporate needs to ask job coaches and consumers how we feel...
