I can’t express how incredible this space has been for me! All coaches are sweet, supportive and welcome all the questions. I had never taken a spin class in my life before and I do not regret starting out at LionHeart Studios, the first class I took was in December, when I arrived the instructor was attentive and made sure I was comfortable in my bike before starting the class, which made my experience 10 times better rather than being clueless. Since continuing classes I look forward to every single class, all instructors are amazing and it is so hard to choose one class because they are all the best around. The one thing I enjoy is that the bikes aren’t as close together as some other studios and each class is beginner friendly, don’t wait on booking, come join us!

I took my very first spin class at lion heart gym at 8 AM on a Sunday earlier this month, and it was an incredible experience! I came back for the second week in a row because I had such a great time because Michelle was absolutely amazing, her energy and spirit were infectious. I don’t know how she does it, but she somehow manages to cycle, correct our form, motivate us, and lead empowering routines all at once. Her enthusiasm and guidance were so inspiring that I just bought my first pair of cycling shoes because of her! I can’t wait to come back for more classes. Highly recommend!

I recently took a spin class here with Michelle bright and early on a Sunday morning. I have taken a few spin classes here and there at different studios, but this one was by far my favorite! Michelle was extremely motivating throughout the class and she exudes confidence from the podium. Her choreography was fun and her music was on point, I had such a great time and got a good workout in! Great way to start my Sunday morning, I’ll definitely be back.

This spin studio is absolutely incredible! The workouts are upbeat, exciting, and super challenging, but they are so much fun that you don't even realize how hard you're working until the end. The spin instructors deliver amazing classes that are perfectly in sync with the music, making it feel like a dance party on a bike. When I first started taking spin classes at Lionheart Studios I was a little skeptical because I love strength based classes. After a few classes though, my mind was totally changed! I got the hang of it super quickly thanks to the help of the amazing instructors & have never once felt judged there. The instructors are super helpful and knowledgeable and management is very involved and CARES about you and your experience. It’s seriously such a great workout and in every class there’s a deeper message, so really, it’s not just a workout. I always say when you join this gym you start off by only wanting to workout, but you stay for the community. There’s also daycare which is amazing!!

the BEST spin studio you’ll ever find and go to! 10/10 experience. the ambiance, the community, the instructors, etc. everything is amazing! the strength training next door is great as well owned by the same owner as lion heart! treat yourself to a class and coffee afterwards 🙂
