Honestly? Such an amazing class. Louis was a great instructor, and made the guard card class pretty interesting. Snacks and drinks were provided, there is also a bathroom on site. If you are looking to get your guard card, I’d 100% recommend you go to LJB. Thanks again, Mr. Bonito!!! -Will

Just had my class today and let me tell you, Louis is an AMAZING instructor! He gives out so much information needed to dive in to this field. PLUS hes super knowledgeable and hilarious. He made our 8 our class fly by! Definitely going to recommend his classes to everyone trying to come into this field.Thank you Louis!!!!

This place is a joke. He has his friends write reviews, the "classes" are held in his converted garage/basement. In a house on a dead-end street in a residential neighborhood. On top of it, the instructor, if you can call him that, spent more time preaching about his love for Trump and spinning conspiracy theories. A waste of time and money. People can get the same training for far less money and more recognized certification from state colleges.

Today I had a class and it went very well. I loved the instructor energy. I love his honesty. He was very well versatile in explaining what it is to actually be a security guard. he even gave extra tips on how to get your blue card. He covered a lot of details that didn’t need to be covered, but make sure we knew the knowledge. We need more instructors like him. He needs to be the one that trains the instructors on how to teach a course. I enjoyed my time and good luck to anyone trying to become a security guard. I recommend this place.

Very rude ! The level of disrespect is astounding. This is the response I get for emailing him twice on 2 separate days regarding a class I booked. He took it very personal that I emailed him while he was at the Drs office. He then said he would opt out on helping me with processing my application as revenge or something for my “thin patience”. Can’t believe this is happening right now. Especially after they say “feel free to reach out for any questions or just so we can talk” on their website page. Should have read the reviews before applying for this course. And as much as i would love to , refunds are not an option and he charges a whopping $50 for rescheduling because of the “added work” which realistically can’t be too hard to do. Long story short , it felt like i was arguing with a toxic relative or something but im gonna have to eat it. Don’t make the same mistakes I did guys. You catch more bees with sugar then you do salt ! (Still have to attend next week, hoping he doesn’t take his frustrations out on me any farther and i’m able get the same experience all the other paying clients get )

UPDATE: His reply is literally contradicting his self. I’m sorry what you’re going through with the doctors but that’s why as a professional you could have chose not to reply at that moment especially in that fashion. My only issue was him getting upset that i emailed twice , Calling me impatient and undeserving of his help and taking back resources by saying “ I'll simply send you the instructions and you can handle all that on your own as your patience is a bit too thin for me” BECAUSE I MESSAGED HIM TWICE LOL And then waving in my face that he’s not gonna help me with my application process. that was unnecessary and petty. If that wasn’t apart of the course then you didn’t have to tell me that. You wanted a reaction. And you’re saying i’m creating an issue when any paying client would be upset with that type of treatment for emailing “too much” . Even now he continues to call me impatient and say i no i exude toxicity when all i did was send a second email the NEXT DAY giving my last name cause i had forgot the first time and basically reiterated what happened. There’s other reviews calling him rude. What you guys see in the email is what happened. He over reacted and didn’t expect me to call him out.
Ps.Nobody cares about your credentials. Again flashing stuff in my face and being petty. Anyone who reads those emails will see YOURE in the wrong. Everyone i showed this to assured me i was in the right. Hate to break it to you , you’re human like the rest of us. Regardless of your “credentials”. You can be wrong like anyone else which you ARE. I wouldn’t even take this class if had the choice so i’ll pass on your “de-escalation class” lol. You might need to take one sir. See you Saturday. Can’t wait for such a joyous experience. Have a sparking night !
