I have never shopped in a Bean retail location, but I really appreciate the quality and value of the clothing, particularly the flannel pajamas and the ski base layer pieces. The silk long underwear is very light and warm and the designs are also pretty and feminine. Their totes are invaluable as well for traveling with lots of kids, so sturdy and helpful to keep organized. Love LL Bean!

From the moment my wife and I walked in the employees were constantly watching us... not even watching but staring at us... creeping through every isle following me. I thought "Everyone is welcome here" this is not how to feel welcomed AT ALL. Too bad this is just about the only bean in this side of the state. Will not be returning. I felt like a criminal just shopping. Never gave any bad vibes or anything literally just shopping and minding our business looking for presents. Wow.

Great experience here with a Christmas return without a receipt. They were able to quickly look up the person who gave me the gift and gave me a full credit. I found something else with the help of a very nice older associate and actually got the balance of the gift card in cash AND a $10 coupon card towards my next purchase. Hard to beat this kind of service. Thank you!

I was nervous for my backpacking trip to New Zealand, but Linda went above and beyond taking care of all of my needs, spending so much time walking me through how to use the equipment and providing priceless advice. I have never shopped at LL Bean before, but now I can’t wait to go back and see what else they have. I will personally be requesting Linda for all of my needs, she was AMAZING!

Old skinny women with died blond hair glasses . followed me and my girlfriend. Giving us very unwelcoming glances whenever we picked up an item. We eventually left with only buying a 140 dollar jacket but had intended to get camping supplies that we didn’t get because of the embarrassment. This happened at 4:48 march 5th.

L.L. Bean is top notch and the Premier outdoor store in my opinion. The clothes are nice, they fit well, last well, and their warranty and guarantee is amazing! True, you’ll pay a lot more for items here, but they are quality. If that means something to you… I highly recommend shopping here. Also, their outlet stores are a lot less expensive than good choices there as well. Apply for a credit card and save another 15 to 20%!
