Wasted my time. I booked a 6am yoga session, I arrived at 6:05 because it was my first time and thought it was inside the fitness facility next door. The front door was locked and I received no response from “Kim”. I’m super bummed, woke up at 5:30am for nothing.

Jen is amazing and I can’t believe she isn’t famous. Her passion for her art brings me to literal tears sometimes in her class. This studio kind of ruined it for me though because I compare all of the other yoga classes to theirs, and no other place comes close.

They have different types of yoga class for all tastes. Make sure to read the class description, bring a towel (it’s hot even when it isn’t “hot yoga”), show up early to set up and get a spot, and have fun!! 🙂 P.S. Power Yoga is exactly what it says ,be ready for a workout!!

Little Yoga Room is definitely the place to go if you want to change up the pace. I originally thought yoga was more meditation and not a work out... BOY DOES THIS PLACE PROVE YOU WRONG! you’re in a room that is like a sauna while doing these core exercises and movements... it’s quite liberating. I highly recommend this hot yoga place! There is nothing else like this, and if you want hard core, Jennifer’s classes are by far the most challenging, but all instructors are amazing and so are the people that come here, everyone is just so friendly. Thank you for this wonderful environment.

I tried the hot power flow class. As soon as I arrived, the class smelled like a glad plug-in and was jammed packed with people. There was no room to move, and the person in front of me hit me in the face with her foot. I expected a yoga type class and decided to leave because I didn't want to be kicked again. Later I received a very weird text from the owner claiming to be "Jen" Jennifer Andersen. She said she was worried about my safety and then suggested I should have prepared for her class, saying it would have been helpful if I had read the class description. Talk about insult to injury. What a horrible message from a business owner.

The Little Yoga Room. Is my stress reliever. Jen is so amazing. Not your traditional Hot Yoga. Current music and power flow. Although there is Vinyasa flow Tuesdays 4:30 non heated, rest/restore Fridays @5 and yoga sculpt are all non heated. All the instructors are great. I have tried several yoga studios and gyms in the valley. By far LYR is my fave.

The LYR is probably the best yoga studio you’ll ever go to & experience. I’ve been going for around 3 years and they have a wide variety of teachers, classes, times, and difficulties. Super uplifting environment, great mental & physical workout, I would recommend this place to anyone & everyone!

Love this place!!! Jen and her staff are truly amazing!!! The classes are another level, never to be replicated. Once you start you get hooked...lol!!! I’ve known Jen for over 8 years and have followed her practice all over Temecula because she truly is one of a kind. The Little Yoga Room is the perfect place to go to unwind, restore, and practice yoga. Namaste!!!
