Definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I’ve been going there for about a year now! My therapist is very strict but the people who work there including her really care about the children I definitely recommend the therapist Kat grankie but the only downside was the IOP it wasn’t the best they were not expecting behaviors that kids where doing even though that’s why they are there but iop is not the best but great therapy

Please do your child a huge favor and find another patient center.
The therapist’s my child saw didn’t have enough experience, or maybe education, to help.
My child was there for a year, went to IOP daily and weekly therapist appts.
Dr Keyes, their psychologist, saw my child for approximately 10 minutes a month, how could she be diagnosed correctly?
Julie falcone, the head social worker, spoke inappropriately to my child, showed frustration often and easily and it was very uncomfortable when she behaved that way. She’s suppose to be helping, not making the issues worse. I thought I was doing the right thing for my child, looking back it did more harm.
Having no success, I had my child evaluated by a neuropsychologist and she was diagnosed with DMDD, a diagnosis which should have been caught by any of the staff at PCRC, but esp Dr. Keyes. A complete waste of time and money.

Been going here for years now, I've read all the reviews on here and I cant say I've had any bad experiences, the front staff is great with calling for appointments, the therapy is great the people are so nice and they are always pleasant and make you feel comfortable.

Worse therapy to go too seriously the staff are rude and miserable they signed my child out of services the therapist informed me a few days before her departure left my child with no services no medication receptionist are old and miserable or young and don’t want to do their job they hung up on me and when I called back I was sent to voice mail been here 3 years and have not seen any progress all over seen is my child going backwards
