The Lumbleau Real Estate Renewal Course is interesting reading and gets to the point. There’s no hundreds of pages of dry, boring reading, but rather your course books get right to the point preparing the student to pass the Final Exam.

Did I mention using the audio book option when I couldn’t stop to read? A real time saving feature whenever running short on time with not a second to spare to just sit and read.

Lumbleau is an amazing prep class for the California DRE brokers exam. It totally prepared me and yes I passed. I Initially a took a a class from another real estate school and did not pass. Lumbleau had a ton of the new review questions that were on the exam.

Lumbleau Real Estate School is really the best real estate school to pursue advancements for real estate licenses, and also for continuing education! The online CE courses were fun and enlightening and very educational. Fast reading and set up in a way that was very enjoyable. The layout of the program is very nostalgic and reflects a much simpler time in American history. Whenever I had a question regarding the reading material, the Lumbleau support staff as well as online creator manager Derf Fredericks were always available with an answer. They make you feel like you’re a part of the team!! Thank you Lumbleau!!

Easy to follow real estate education program with great customer service. The layout of classes is simple and easy to follow. So far Ive had mixed emotions about the program. I think the test prep is really good. The videos give a good understanding on the test and it seems to be very helpful. I was a bit disappointed that the DRE classes don’t have those same videos. They just give you the online book, it has test questions in it but doesn’t have the answers. The paper back you have to pay for separately. Unless I am missing something I am bummed there is no video guidance. I do recommend the course if you are just doing the state test prep. The videos motivate you and tips to help you succeed that are beyond just something on the test.
