Mamun Tutorial is one of the best if not the best tutoring center for k-12 students. 100s of children from our community of all ages, including my own's, have gone successfully through its rigorous preparation programs. The price per student is much more affordable for all incomes than most tutoring companies that usually charge a fortune for the kind of services MT provides. This is a God Sent program for our community. Children come out the programs ready for HS and college. Thank you Mamun Tutorial for all the good things do for the community. God Bless you your team and Mr Scott for your service to all children.

Never do business with this place. Beyond unprofessional, unpleasant and discriminatory which I am not surprised. Mr. Mamun is not a man you do business with and if so it will fail. Do not come here to get your kids tutored. Go to Kumon or Khan’s tutoring at your best bet. Beyond pathetic, even for a person of no class and meh status.

I came here two times, once in 2019 and once in 2022. Honestly, the tutors simply do not give a clear understanding about the material(math or ela). School gives you a way better understanding than this. However for this year, my experience was even horrible than it was in 2019. Im in 6th grade but Mr. Mamun put me in 7th grade SHSAT program when all I needed was HCHS practice. Mr. Mamun doesn't even explain well about a problem and forces us to write it down in our notebooks(expects us to know all of this even though I don't understand a single thing). Then here comes Mr. Scott. He shames students of their lack of reading comprehension. Sure, Mamun Tutorial may send kids to special high schools or colleges, but it could probably mean that the students were already smart to begin with. I would recommended go to(zoom or in-person) Kwellerprep. It may be expensive but it is way better than Mamun's tutorial. The tutors are well experienced and give a deeper understanding. To sum this all up, don't go to Mamun Tutorial.

literally terrible. ive been going there for about 5 years and the students have absolutely no shame for what they do. half of the tutors are nice and actually care while the rest favor other kids and leave the rest of the students there to rot and don't help them with their work. mamuns tutorial is cheap ash and they leave all the 7th graders taking the shsat in a small cramped, stinky basement with no windows and no heater when its cold during the winter. they couldve been better.

As a student for Mamuns SHSAT prep, I love it there because Mr. Mamun covers a variety of math problems and packets while drilling the ways to solve the math in our head to make us not forget it. Mr. Scott is wonderful for ELA because he goes through everything to make sure we understand the grammar that is going to be on the SHSAT.

All the "good" reviews are FAKE. The reviews that were considered "good" are all created by people that work at Mamun's Tutorial and just fake accounts created to make Mamun's Tutorial look good. All the other reviews that are rated terribly are actually reviews from real students with experience from being there. The environment at Mamun's Tutorial is terrible there are SHSAT classes taking place and from many years of observing I have noticed that Mamun's Tutorial has a HUMONGOUS amount of students who have sucessfully made it in to a Specialized high school. This might sound like a good thing but the reason being is that because Mr. Mamun is very cheap he tries to make as much money as possible and by doing so he crams 50+ 7th grade students into a room and teaches them 11 and 12th grade material as fast as possible and yells at them when they make mistakes. Not only that but he will steal your pencils at any moment because he simply can't afford pencils. The atmosphere in Mamun's Tutorial is also a DISGRACE my first year being there I was expecting a nice clean environment and tons of help with every thing I didn't understand. But sadly I was mistaken my first day being there all I could see was green and yellow walls with drawings of private parts and curse words on the walls and teachers watching students doing work and talking and having a great time while students were raising there hands for 30 minutes at most to ask for help with homework when the answer always would be a plain "NO I'M NOT GOING TO BE THERE TO HELP YOU ON THE STATE TEST DON'T EXPECT ME TO HELP YOU".

Honestly i dont suggest going here, when you take shsat practice tests, they just be like you HAVE to get 40 or above, but if your telling your students this they wont feel excited for doing this and they might feel ashamed of how poorly they might have done. They wouldnt feel good to go to the tutor. And they wouldnt be able to do good on the practice test if you keep telling your students that Also what i mean by 40 is 40 questions right out of like 57 or something- Also they arent really good on teaching. They only depend on a book with no explanations that can be helpful to students that need the help. And the enviorment is not friendly, specialy the downstairs, those drawing on the chairs ugh
