Had to change my rating. We were sold 2 twin xl mattresses on sale, under the impression that they were new. We were even told the mattresses would be firmer then the ones we tried in the store. When they were delivered, they were in the packaging in the photo. Obviously used. I called and she said they were from the outlet store and that's the packaging they used there. She'd written it on the invoice, but we didn't notice. And we can't return them. Very deceptive selling there. I guess we're just too trusting. Make sure you know what you're paying for from this store before you buy. Another update: I was told to use their financing because I'd get a 3% gift card in return. In reality, I wasn't even eligible for the 3%. Because my total purchase wasn't over $2000. Complete lies through this whole process.

We recently purchased a mattress and adjustable base from the Derby location of Mattress Firm. Jennifer was our sleep expert and did an outstanding job. She had patience with my daughter with selecting the right mattress for her, had knowledge of all the mattresses in the store, and had assisted us with setting up the delivery. Got sold a amazing beautyrest black bed from Jennifer she told us about it and about all the other beds it was definitely easy to make such a large purchase with someone so kind and patient who was willing to take the time to explain excatly what we were paying for when it comes to mattress features who knew
