Max is a truly fantastic tutor. He is thoughtful and engaging which cultivates a great a learning environment, and I always come away from a session more knowledgable than I was at the start.

When I first started lessons with Max, I was only planning on having a few sessions on Python fundamentals. However, I soon decided to start working with him regularly, as I found myself learning more from our sessions than I was from the materials and instructors in the class I was enrolled in.

Max is not only a great Python tutor - he has also helped me with JavaScript and HTML. His ability to teach several languages and explain a vast variety of concepts at all levels is why several months after our first lesson I am still working with him and look forward to every session.

Max has tutored me to help me relearn enough programming so that I could take a course in AI. He turned out to be such a great tutor that I've lingered on the programming lessons and had him help me with the AI course as well. He is thoughtful, patient and very smart. Max is incredibly kind and knowledgeable.

He has really helped me break down and understand many different algorithms, their time complexity and proofs of correctness.

He is good at explaining the theory and math behind algorithms to give you a deeper understanding.

He is also very patient and always happy to go through things step by step even when my thought process is tangential.

10/10 would recommend!
