My Father went her for short Skilled Therapy after a hospital stay. First time ever having to do so. Our experience with them was Good had a few complaints first 2days but it was all corrected and taken care of. The Aides in Meadow Grove do a Great job The one that did Stand Out and was an Awesome Person was Melinda. You guys have a great employee she made everyone feel welcomed she checked in on my dad periodically to makesure he was good or needed anything. She made sure his bedding was tidy up and if needed anything to drink etc. She is an advocate for others their that don't have anyone. She's an awesome person! Admissions and social workers, pt, ot were great with him. Thank you all for that everyone has done for him

I truly can not say enough great things about this place! My mom has been treated like family for her entire stay and not once did she go without. The staff has been absolutely fantastic. The patients are out and about throughout the building with smiles on their faces and there seemed to have always been something the patients were doing.

This is one of 4 transitional care/rehab facilities my dad was at last year & MG was by far the best. The therapists were innovative, tailoring his PT to his goals & interests of being able to stand in order to trap shoot again (he did at home!). All the aids & staff were fabulous to him, myself & his guests. They kept us in the loop & were always willing to meet & discuss plans & our goals. The AM aids would even bring him a Starbucks in the AM if I wasn't coming till later & we loved having the option to choose different menu items for his meals. The only reason, I did not give it 5 Stars, is I feel every business has room for growth. As with every place in the healthcare industry, resources are limited & the industry is short staff. Be kind & patient (with Staff in this industry). His care was fabulous, the staff was kind & the center clean. Would Recommend to others.

When my Mother began to decline we looked everywhere. Believe me. I have always been hyper concerned about her care and being treated with kindness. It’s a very tough decision as a parent caregiver to not make a mistake. The stress is at times unbearable. When we moved Mom to Meadow Grove it was such a relief. I can’t express my gratitude to them enough during a very difficult time. I knew they loved her as much as we did. #foreverthankful

Took over 3 months to get a no answer for my loved ones potential residency here. I do not think it should take this long to receive an update. It kept me from seeking alternate options. A faster response should be required, definitely not 3 months for an update. But I was told the staff memeber I was working with no longer worked there.
Most likely why I received no update! I still feel someone should have taken her files and updated interested family members.
I've noticed employees leave 5 star reviews to boost the ratings. I'd do your research before considering.
Building was clean. Seem short staffed.

My grandpa was here for a short term stay and my entire family was blown away! The staff was nice and very attentive, the amenities that were made available were great. I couldn't say anything more than just WOW! I will absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for their loved ones!

This place was not clean the nursing staff may have had one or two that cared both the others did not care about patients or what family tried to tell them. They neglected to provide any medical attention to an issue with patients. They neglected the patients by not making sure they were staying hydrated, feed , bathed, or even changed from soiled clothes/ underclothes. They were rude when spoken to and assisted with nothing. I wouldn’t send my sick dog here! They probably kill them.

I can say a lot of wonderful things about this facility, but the most important thing is that the care that is given here is above and beyond. My grandmother recently discharged from Meadow Grove Transitional Care; she needed rehab to help with a fall that had taken place at home. We absolutely loved being here and would definitely recommend anyone needing rehab that this is a wonderful place to be! We can't thank you enough for helping her get to her feet again and being able to come home during the holidays! Thank you so much for all of the hard work and appreciation that you give to your residents!
